【摘要】：自1978年改革開放以來，我國吸引了大量的外資。外商直接投資對我國的投資規(guī)模和數(shù)量也在不斷增加，外商直接投資對我國的經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生了越來越重要的影響。重慶市作為繼北京、天津、上海之后的第四個直轄市和長江上游的經(jīng)濟中心，也是外資企業(yè)在我國西部投資進行選擇的重要城市之一。2011年國務院批復的《成渝經(jīng)濟區(qū)區(qū)域規(guī)劃》把重慶定位為國家大都市，重慶的“兩江新區(qū)”也是截止目前中國內(nèi)陸唯一的國家級新區(qū)，亦是國家統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)綜合配套改革實驗區(qū)的先行區(qū)、長江上游地區(qū)金融中心和創(chuàng)新中心。這也為重慶吸引外資創(chuàng)造了得天獨厚的政策條件，外商直接投資對重慶的經(jīng)濟增長起到了重大作用。 本文首先介紹了研究背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，闡述了外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)理論，并對重慶外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀進行了總結(jié)，進而以重慶市的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)，對外商直接投資與重慶經(jīng)濟增長和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系進行了實證分析，隨后結(jié)合重慶的實際情況給出了相應的對策建議。 首先，本文利用時間序列分析方法對外商直接投資與重慶市經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系進行了分析，研究指出：外商直接投資與重慶經(jīng)濟增長之間具有正相關(guān)關(guān)系，盡管各自的增長是非平穩(wěn)的，但它們之間存在一個協(xié)整關(guān)系；并且，外商直接投資與重慶經(jīng)濟增長存在單向的關(guān)系:即外商直接投資是重慶經(jīng)濟增長的原因，而經(jīng)濟增長不是外商直接投資增長的原因。 其次，本文用Koyck幾何分布滯后模型闡述重慶市實際利用外商直接投資對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。建立模型后，重點通過工具變量法和廣義最小二乘法來消除內(nèi)生滯后解釋變量與隨機擾動項的相關(guān)性和隨機擾動項的自相關(guān)問題。研究表明：實際利用外資總額對第二產(chǎn)業(yè)GDP的邊際影響最為明顯且衰減最慢，對第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響最小且衰減最快。由此導致重慶市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)傾斜，，促進了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China has attracted a large number of foreign capital.Foreign direct investment (FDI) is also increasing the scale and quantity of our country's investment, and it has more and more important influence on our country's economy.Chongqing is the fourth municipality directly under the Central Government after Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai and the economic center of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.In 2011, the State Council approved the "Regional Plan for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone", which positioned Chongqing as a national metropolis.The "Liangjiang New area" in Chongqing is the only state-level new area in the inland of China up to now. It is also the leading area of the national experimental area of overall urban-rural comprehensive reform, and the financial center and innovation center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.This has also created unique policy conditions for Chongqing to attract foreign capital, and foreign direct investment has played a major role in Chongqing's economic growth.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, expounds the relevant theories of FDI and industrial structure, and summarizes the current situation of FDI and industrial structure in Chongqing.Based on the statistical data of Chongqing, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI), economic growth and industrial structure of Chongqing, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual situation of Chongqing.Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and Chongqing's economic growth by time series analysis, and points out that there is a positive correlation between FDI and Chongqing's economic growth.Although their growth is non-stationary, there is a cointegration relationship between them. Moreover, there is a one-way relationship between FDI and economic growth in Chongqing: that is, foreign direct investment is the reason for Chongqing's economic growth.And the economic growth is not the reason for the growth of foreign direct investment.Secondly, this paper uses the Koyck geometric distribution lag model to expound the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the industrial structure in Chongqing.After the establishment of the model, the tool variable method and the generalized least square method are used to eliminate the correlation between the endogenous delay explanatory variable and the random disturbance term and the autocorrelation problem of the random disturbance term.The results show that the marginal effect of the actual utilization of foreign capital on the GDP of the secondary industry is the most obvious and the attenuation is the slowest, and the impact on the primary industry is the least and the fastest.As a result, Chongqing's industrial structure tilted to the second and third industries, and promoted the adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure.
