福建證券公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題及對(duì)策分析

【摘要】:本課題研究目的是通過福建證券公司發(fā)展的環(huán)境、證券公司的制度、證券公司的管理機(jī)制現(xiàn)狀、與國(guó)內(nèi)第一梯隊(duì)的證券公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的比較以及在海西建設(shè)的大視野下,福建證券人才隊(duì)伍所面臨的問題和對(duì)策分析。從福建本土證券公司的發(fā)展史看,相對(duì)于上海、深圳、北京等地區(qū),其證券人才隊(duì)伍的體制還有諸多的進(jìn)步空間。福建本土證券公司(以華福證券為例)雖然在近兩年發(fā)展迅速,但在證券公司的管理體制上還是比較落后,特別是在人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)方面。通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)第一梯隊(duì)的證券公司管理人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的比較研究說明福建證券公司在管理人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的滯后的原因,從而更好的促進(jìn)福建證券公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的發(fā)展。為了提高福建等沿海地區(qū)的發(fā)展,國(guó)家提出了“海西建設(shè)”政策。福建省是海西建設(shè)的重要地區(qū),福建證券公司可以通過海西建設(shè)的大視野抓住時(shí)機(jī),積極貼近國(guó)家政策,在國(guó)家政策的擁護(hù)下,福建證券公司可以不斷汲取不同地區(qū)、不同國(guó)家比較先進(jìn)的證券管理體制,從而可以促使福建證券業(yè)朝著更健康化步伐前進(jìn)。證券公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)關(guān)系到整個(gè)證券公司的發(fā)展,而證券公司的發(fā)展對(duì)本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的作用。因此通過對(duì)福建證券公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀研究及對(duì)策分析不僅可以促進(jìn)福建證券公司更好地發(fā)展,而且對(duì)福建經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有重要的意義。 隨著人才制度創(chuàng)新步伐加快,人才發(fā)展環(huán)境日益改善,行業(yè)對(duì)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)發(fā)展的重視程度不斷提高,投入力度顯著加大;行業(yè)內(nèi)培養(yǎng)人才、吸引人才、開發(fā)人才、用好人才的良好氛圍日益濃厚,逐步形成了一流人才、一流業(yè)績(jī)、一流待遇的市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向。為強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)對(duì)人才資源的優(yōu)化配置功能,行業(yè)內(nèi)普遍采取公開招聘、中介推薦等市場(chǎng)化引才模式,逐步建立起體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代人才管理理念的崗位聘任制度和收入分配制度,證券行業(yè)系統(tǒng)積極探索干部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性選拔、引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)人才、專業(yè)職位聘任等選人用人創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,不斷充實(shí)人才隊(duì)伍力量,改善人才隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),為資本市場(chǎng)改革發(fā)展有效提升提供了可靠的智力支持和人才保障。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to compare the development environment of Fujian Securities Company, the system of securities company, the management mechanism of securities company, the construction of talent team with the first echelon of domestic securities company and the construction of Hercynian. Analysis of the problems and Countermeasures faced by Fujian Securities talents. From the history of the development of Fujian local securities companies, compared with Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and other regions, There is still a lot of room for improvement in the system of securities personnel. Although Fujian local securities companies (Huafu Securities, for example) have developed rapidly in the past two years, they are still relatively backward in the management system of securities companies. Especially in the aspect of talent team construction. Through the comparative study on the construction of management talent team of domestic first echelon securities company, the reason why Fujian securities company is lagging behind in the construction of management talent team is explained. In order to improve the development of Fujian and other coastal areas, the state put forward the "Hercynian Construction" policy. Fujian Province is an important area for the construction of Hercynian. Fujian Securities companies can seize the opportunity through the great vision of Hercynian construction and actively approach national policies. Under the support of national policies, Fujian Securities companies can constantly draw in different regions and more advanced securities management systems in different countries. As a result, the securities industry in Fujian can move forward towards a healthier pace. The construction of a contingent of qualified personnel in securities companies is related to the development of the entire securities company. The development of securities companies plays an important role in the economic development of the region. Therefore, through the study of the current situation of the construction of the talent team of Fujian securities companies and the analysis of countermeasures, it can not only promote the better development of Fujian securities companies, Moreover, it is of great significance to the development of Fujian economy. As the pace of talent system innovation accelerates, the talent development environment is improving day by day, the industry is paying more and more attention to the construction and development of the talent team, and the investment is greatly increased. The good atmosphere of making good use of talents is becoming more and more strong, which has gradually formed the market orientation of first-class talents, first-rate achievements and first-class treatment. In order to strengthen the function of optimizing the allocation of talent resources in the market, open recruitment is widely adopted in the industry. The market-oriented recruitment model, such as intermediary recommendation, has gradually established the post appointment system and income distribution system, which embodies the concept of modern talent management, and the securities industry system has actively explored the competitive selection of cadres and introduced talents from domestic and foreign markets. The innovative mechanism of selecting and employing personnel, such as professional position appointment, constantly enriches the strength of talent team, improves the structure of talent team, and provides reliable intellectual support and talent guarantee for the reform and development of capital market.
