【摘要】：利率市場化后商業(yè)銀行與企業(yè)在貸款定價中都擁有一定的定價權(quán),因此在談判中如何合理利用博弈規(guī)則謀求收益最大化是一個具有重要現(xiàn)實意義的研究課題。本文基于Rubinstein的輪流出價模型,分析了市場化條件下商業(yè)銀行與企業(yè)間貸款利率的價格形成機制,求解了不同出價次序下的博弈模型結(jié)果并進行仿真模擬,認為貸款利率由雙方博弈能力決定,且達成均衡的貸款定價受到商業(yè)銀行與企業(yè)相對規(guī)模大小的影響。最后基于結(jié)論提出了適當(dāng)增加規(guī)模,選擇合適的議價對象等貸款定價建議。
[Abstract]:After the marketization of interest rates, both commercial banks and enterprises have certain pricing power in the pricing of loans. Therefore, how to make rational use of game rules to maximize income is an important research topic in the negotiation. This paper is based on Rubinstein's alternate bid model. This paper analyzes the price formation mechanism of loan interest rate between commercial banks and enterprises under market-oriented conditions, solves the game model results under different bidding order and simulates, and thinks that the loan interest rate is determined by the game ability of both parties. Finally, based on the conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions for loan pricing, such as increasing the appropriate scale and selecting the right bargaining object.
