永安期貨沈陽營業(yè)部競爭戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中國期貨市場通過20多年的發(fā)展,經歷了發(fā)展初期、治理整頓之后已經進入了穩(wěn)定有序的發(fā)展階段。近幾年,因為股指期貨的推出,券商通過控股、參股等方式兼并重組期貨公司,并大量增設期貨營業(yè)部,期貨營業(yè)部的競爭加劇。作為業(yè)務的第一線,期貨公司營業(yè)部如何經營發(fā)展不但影響到公司的經營效益,也直接決定了期貨行業(yè)是否能夠有效地服務國民經濟、服務產業(yè)。 本文立足于對永安期貨沈陽營業(yè)部的競爭戰(zhàn)略研究,提出了營業(yè)部競爭策略的選擇方案并制定了未來的經營發(fā)展方向。通過本研究,希望對期貨公司營業(yè)部改變現有的經營規(guī)模小、服務模式單一、同質化競爭嚴重的狀況有所幫助。 本文首先對沈陽營業(yè)部的外部環(huán)境分析來發(fā)現機會和威脅,再通過內部環(huán)境進行分析總結優(yōu)勢和劣勢,并運用SWOT矩陣分析了營業(yè)部在競爭中可選擇的四種競爭戰(zhàn)略。通過量化分析,得出了沈陽營業(yè)部可以選擇集中差異化的競爭戰(zhàn)略結論。最后,通過對營業(yè)部的市場及服務的分析,對競爭戰(zhàn)略制定了實施步驟和保障措施。 通過本文研究,不但對永安期貨沈陽營業(yè)部的競爭戰(zhàn)略選擇提供了實際指導意義,而且對國內期貨公司營業(yè)部的經營模式及競爭戰(zhàn)略的選擇也具體較大的參考價值。
[Abstract]:China futures market through 20 years of development, has experienced the early stages of development, after rectification has entered the development stage of stable and orderly. In recent years, because of the introduction of stock index futures brokerage, through the holding, equity and other ways of mergers and acquisitions of Futures Company, and a large number of additional futures business department, increasing the futures business department as a first-line competition. How to run a business, development not only affects the operating efficiency of the company to the Futures Company's business department, also directly determines whether the futures industry can effectively serve the national economy, service industry.
This paper is based on the research on the competition strategy of Yongan Shenyang futures business department, business department proposed the selection scheme of competitive strategy and developed a business development direction in the future. Through this study, hope to change the existing management of small scale Futures Company sales, service mode is single, the homogenization of serious competition situation of help.
Firstly, the analysis of the external environment of Shenyang business department to find opportunities and threats, and then through the internal environment analysis of the advantage and disadvantage, and analyzes the four competitive strategies in the competition in the business department can be selected using SWOT matrix. Through quantitative analysis, the Shenyang business department can choose focused differentiation competitive strategy conclusions at last, through the analysis of the market and service of the business department, the competitive strategy to develop the implementation steps and measures.
This study not only provides practical guidance for the selection of competitive strategy of Yongan futures Shenyang business department, but also has a great reference value for the operation mode and competitive strategy of Futures Company business department.
