【摘要】：這次國際金融危機爆發(fā)是資本主義發(fā)展的當代形態(tài)——國際金融壟斷資本主義(制度)內在矛盾發(fā)展的必然結果。國際金融壟斷資本主義的理論基礎就是以"華盛頓共識"為其完成形態(tài)的新自由主義。新自由主義的推行及其畸形發(fā)展,必然導致金融危機和經濟危機,加劇全球經濟動蕩,嚴重損害世界各國尤其是發(fā)展中國家經濟和金融安全;新自由主義推行徹底的私有制、反對公有制,顛覆社會主義制度,損害發(fā)展中國家的政治經濟主權;新自由主義極力用西方的意識形態(tài)、價值觀念"規(guī)制"世界,對社會主義國家進行思想文化滲透,威脅社會主義國家的意識形態(tài)安全;西方國家推行新自由主義在世界范圍內造成工人大量失業(yè)、貧富兩極分化、政府垮臺、社會動亂等嚴重社會問題,尤其對廣大發(fā)展中國家更是造成災難性后果。必須警惕和抵制新自由主義的干擾,堅持改革的正確方向,堅定不移地走中國特色社會主義道路。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the international financial crisis is the contemporary form of the development of capitalism: the inevitable result of the internal contradiction development of capitalism (system) of international financial monopoly. The theoretical basis of international financial monopoly capitalism is based on "Huasheng" The implementation of neoliberalism and its abnormal development, Inevitably leading to the financial crisis and economic crisis, exacerbating the global economic turmoil and seriously harming the economic and financial security of all countries in the world, especially the developing countries; and neoliberalism promotes complete private ownership, opposes public ownership and subverts the socialist system, It damages the political and economic sovereignty of developing countries, neoliberalism exerts great efforts to "regulate" the world with western ideology and values, carries out ideological and cultural infiltration into socialist countries, and threatens the ideological security of socialist countries. Neoliberalism in western countries has caused massive unemployment of workers, polarization between the rich and the poor, collapse of the government, social unrest and other serious social problems around the world. It is necessary to guard against and resist the interference of neoliberalism, adhere to the correct direction of reform, and unswervingly follow the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
