FDI對我國物流業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng)的實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使得物流業(yè)在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著極為重要的作用,從20世紀(jì)70年代改革開放至今的40年間,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)尤其是交通運(yùn)輸?shù)然A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)方面迅速改善,居民的生活、消費(fèi)水平也明顯有所提高,物流業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。但是我們也看到物流業(yè)在不斷進(jìn)步的同時(shí)一直存在問題,具體來說包括物流成本長期居高不下,信息技術(shù)化水平較低,第三方物流不能滿足市場需求,區(qū)域物流發(fā)展、物流園區(qū)建設(shè)還需進(jìn)一步提高等,物流業(yè)整體發(fā)展水平的滯后制約著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展。而隨著我國不斷推進(jìn)對外開放進(jìn)程,外資的大規(guī)模流入密切影響著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,目前外商投資也已成為推動(dòng)我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重要外部資源之一。尤其是加入WTO后,我國物流業(yè)逐步開放,作為鏈接經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化紐帶的外商直接投資企業(yè)在推動(dòng)我國物流業(yè)的發(fā)展中更是發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。為此我們可以從FDI角度尋求推進(jìn)我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展措施。 文章主體可以分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,主要介紹了論文的研究目的、意義、研究思路和方法、創(chuàng)新之處等;第二部分主要總結(jié)了FDI的有關(guān)理論、FDI與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及外部效應(yīng)研究、物流業(yè)的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述;第三部分主要是介紹我國物流業(yè)的概況,以及FDI進(jìn)入我國物流業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和問題;第四部分是實(shí)證分析,選取了本文研究FDI產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng)的指標(biāo),并介紹了灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析的理論和計(jì)算公式,然后基于2002-2010年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出結(jié)論;最后一部分是根據(jù)基本結(jié)論以及物流業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題提出政策建議。 在實(shí)證分析中,本文先對FDI的產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行定性分析,從理論角度為實(shí)證分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。然后通過利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法定量分析FDI對我國物流業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng),主要選取了物流增加值、固定資產(chǎn)投資額、人均勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率、社會(huì)物流總成本、第二和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重、就業(yè)情況、區(qū)位商等可以量化的重要指標(biāo)分析FDI對我國物流業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng)。通過分析表明FDI對我國物流業(yè)存在資本形成效應(yīng)、技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整效應(yīng)、就業(yè)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng),并按照影響程度的大小對這些效應(yīng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而得出結(jié)論。同時(shí),本文還結(jié)合定量和定性分析、橫向和縱向分析、綜合和具體分析的分析方法,對我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和引入FDI的情況進(jìn)行研究,并分析了其中存在的問題,最后綜合定性分析和定量分析明確FDI對物流業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng),提出了我國物流業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)從創(chuàng)造良好投資環(huán)境、提升物流業(yè)利用FDI水平、培育發(fā)展我國本土物流企業(yè)等方面改善物流業(yè)引資狀況,從而促進(jìn)我國物流業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization makes the logistics industry play an extremely important role in the development of modern society. In the 40 years since the reform and opening up in 1970s, China's economy and society, especially the infrastructure construction, such as transportation, have improved rapidly. Residents' living and consumption levels have also improved significantly, and the logistics industry has gradually become an important part of the national economic development in China. However, we also see that the logistics industry has always had problems while it is making continuous progress. Specifically, the logistics costs remain high for a long time, the level of information technology is relatively low, the third party logistics cannot meet the market demand, the development of regional logistics and the construction of logistics parks need to be further improved. The lag of the overall development level of logistics industry restricts the rapid development of China's economy and society. However, with the continuous promotion of the process of opening to the outside world, the large-scale inflow of foreign capital has a close impact on the development of China's industry. At present, foreign investment has also become one of the important external resources to promote the development of China's logistics industry, especially after China's entry into WTO, the logistics industry of our country has gradually opened up. As a link of economic globalization, foreign direct investment enterprises play an important role in promoting the development of logistics industry in China. Therefore, we can seek measures to promote the development of logistics industry in China from the perspective of FDI. The main body of the article can be divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, research ideas and methods, innovation and so on; The second part mainly summarizes the theory of FDI and the research of industry development and external effect, the related theory and literature review of logistics industry, the third part mainly introduces the general situation of China's logistics industry and the current situation of FDI entering our country's logistics industry. Part 4th is an empirical analysis, which selects the index of this paper to study the industrial effect of FDI, introduces the theory and calculation formula of grey correlation analysis, and then makes an empirical analysis based on the data from 2002 to 2010, and draws a conclusion. The last part is based on the basic conclusions and logistics industry development problems put forward policy recommendations. In the empirical analysis, this paper first carries on the qualitative analysis to the FDI industry effect, from the theory angle establishes the foundation for the empirical analysis, then uses the gray relational analysis method to analyze quantitatively the FDI to our country logistics industry industrial effect. It mainly selects the added value of logistics, the investment of fixed assets, the per capita labor productivity, the total cost of social logistics, the proportion of the second and third industries, and the employment situation. This paper analyzes the effect of FDI on the logistics industry of our country by analyzing the important quantitative indexes such as location quotient. It shows that there are capital formation effect, technology spillover effect, structure adjustment effect, employment effect and industrial agglomeration effect of FDI on our country's logistics industry. At the same time, this paper also combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, comprehensive and specific analysis methods. The present situation of logistics industry in China and the introduction of FDI are studied, and the existing problems are analyzed. Finally, the effects of FDI on the industry of logistics industry are analyzed and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This paper puts forward that the logistics industry of our country should improve the situation of attracting capital from the aspects of creating a good investment environment, improving the level of utilization of FDI, cultivating and developing the local logistics enterprises and so on, so as to promote the development of the logistics industry in our country.
