銀行拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資研究

【摘要】:縱觀世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展軌跡,中小企業(yè)在增加就業(yè)、擴(kuò)大進(jìn)出口、促進(jìn)科技進(jìn)步和繁榮市場(chǎng)等方面均發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用,成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力和支柱。截止2008年底,中小企業(yè)提供了近70%的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易額,同時(shí)也占據(jù)著國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易的廣袤市場(chǎng)。但由于中小企業(yè)信息不對(duì)稱、擔(dān)保機(jī)制不完善、道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高和銀行對(duì)其進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的信貸配給等原因,融資難仍然是制約中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸,由于貿(mào)易融資在中小企業(yè)融資中占有舉足輕重的地位,銀行拓展貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的研究對(duì)于解決融資難問(wèn)題具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。隨著外資銀行的紛紛進(jìn)入,中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更為激烈,如果不能拓展新的服務(wù)領(lǐng)域,不能在金融產(chǎn)品上不斷創(chuàng)新,國(guó)內(nèi)銀行與外資銀行的差距將繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中無(wú)可避免的處于劣勢(shì)。只有進(jìn)行融資品種的創(chuàng)新,只有金融與貿(mào)易相互配合,經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易和金融才會(huì)有更快的發(fā)展。因此,大力拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù),對(duì)于銀企雙方來(lái)說(shuō)是雙贏的選擇,對(duì)于銀行本身業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展也具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資問(wèn)題的研究,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合產(chǎn)品和流程等各方面的創(chuàng)新,提供適合我國(guó)國(guó)情和銀行實(shí)際的中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資產(chǎn)品及管理制度,為銀行如何拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)提出可行的策略建議。 得出的結(jié)論主要有:面對(duì)我國(guó)以中小企業(yè)為主廣大的需求和市場(chǎng)空間,銀行大力拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)是必然的選擇;國(guó)內(nèi)銀行的貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與國(guó)外有著很大的差距,我們要借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),不斷促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展;銀行要轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,大力拓展中小企業(yè)市場(chǎng),通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)品的整合與創(chuàng)新、不斷發(fā)展以跨境人民幣結(jié)算為依托的貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)、深度引入供應(yīng)鏈融資理念和選擇適合中小企業(yè)融資需求的營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略,加大中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新和營(yíng)銷,同時(shí)組建專業(yè)的服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、重塑業(yè)務(wù)流程、建立合理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度、完善信息技術(shù)、加強(qiáng)銀行間及銀行與第三方機(jī)構(gòu)間合作等方式,搭建適宜銀行拓展中小企業(yè)貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Throughout the world's economic development trajectory, small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in increasing employment, expanding import and export, promoting scientific and technological progress and prospering the market, and become the driving force and pillar of social and economic development. As of end of 2008, Small and medium-sized enterprises provide nearly 70% of the import and export trade volume, and also occupy a vast market for domestic trade. However, due to the asymmetric information of small and medium-sized enterprises, imperfect guarantee mechanisms, high moral hazard and strict credit rationing by banks, and so on, The difficulty of financing is still the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, because trade financing plays an important role in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research on the expansion of trade financing business by banks has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the problem of financing difficulties. With the entry of foreign banks one after another, the competition in China's financial market is more intense, if the new service fields cannot be expanded, Without continuous innovation in financial products, the gap between domestic and foreign banks will continue to widen, and the competition will inevitably be at a disadvantage. Trade and finance will develop faster. Therefore, it is a win-win choice for both banks and enterprises to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is also of great practical significance to the development of the bank's own business. In this paper, through the study of the trade financing of SMEs, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign banks in expanding the trade financing business of SMEs, and combines the innovation of products and processes, etc. This paper provides the trade financing products and management system of small and medium-sized enterprises suitable for the situation of our country and the banks, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows: in the face of the demand and market space of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it is inevitable for banks to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises; There is a big gap between the development of domestic banks' trade financing business and that of foreign countries. We should learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad and constantly promote the development of business. Banks should change their business concepts and vigorously expand the market for small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the integration and innovation of traditional trade products, the business of trade financing based on cross-border RMB settlement is continuously developed, and the concept of supply chain financing is deeply introduced and the marketing strategy suitable for the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises is chosen. To increase innovation and marketing of trade financing products for small and medium-sized enterprises, at the same time to set up professional service teams, reshape business processes, establish reasonable risk management systems, and improve information technology, Strengthen the cooperation between banks and third-party institutions, and set up a suitable platform for banks to expand their trade financing business.
