【摘要】：本文應用向量自回歸模型和廣義脈沖響應函數(shù)實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我國存在顯著的貨幣政策區(qū)域效應,通過修正貸款決策模型分析了信息不對稱前提下我國轉軌經(jīng)濟中的地域性信貸配給,其突出表現(xiàn)為金融市場中的"銀政壁壘"。我們通過構建樣本分割的閾值回歸模型進行實證分析發(fā)現(xiàn)我國各區(qū)域貨幣政策效應具有顯著的配給均衡特征。我國商業(yè)銀行地域性信貸配給和結構性信貸配給行為一方面限制了金融資源的跨區(qū)域自由流動,另一方面通過信貸渠道對各區(qū)域實體經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生非對稱性影響。我國貨幣政策效應的區(qū)域性配給均衡突出表現(xiàn)為各區(qū)域貨幣政策效應的差異性和配給均衡特征。我們認為,區(qū)域差別化的貨幣政策調控并非解決我國貨幣政策區(qū)域效應問題的治本之策,打破金融市場中的"銀政壁壘"才是解決問題的關鍵。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using vector autoregressive model and generalized impulse response function, we find that there are significant regional effects of monetary policy in China. Based on the modified loan decision model, this paper analyzes the regional credit rationing in China's transition economy under the premise of asymmetric information. Through the empirical analysis of the threshold regression model of sample segmentation, we find that the effect of monetary policy in various regions of China has significant rationing equilibrium characteristics. On the one hand, the behavior of regional credit rationing and structured credit rationing of banks restricts the free flow of financial resources across regions. On the other hand, the regional rationing equilibrium of monetary policy effect in China is characterized by the difference of regional monetary policy effect and the characteristics of rationing equilibrium. Regional differential monetary policy regulation is not the solution to the problem of regional effect of monetary policy in China. The key to solve the problem is to break the "barriers between silver and government" in the financial market.
