【摘要】:目前中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)模較大,設(shè)置了比較完善的個(gè)人理財(cái)金融業(yè)務(wù)體系,個(gè)人金融發(fā)展較快。加上組成個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)銷售組合的銷售員工大多數(shù)都是年輕人,專業(yè)素質(zhì)高,對(duì)中國(guó)平安銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)金融業(yè)務(wù)有很大的促進(jìn)作用,是發(fā)展和促進(jìn)中國(guó)平安銀行總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵組成部分。中國(guó)平安銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)金融業(yè)務(wù)分布較廣,其發(fā)展技術(shù)達(dá)到了全國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的水平,個(gè)人理財(cái)金融的實(shí)施效率較高,隨著我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平提高,為個(gè)人理財(cái)金融業(yè)務(wù)提供了便利的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)者的投資。中國(guó)平安銀行的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境較復(fù)雜,需要通過(guò)政府的宏觀調(diào)控和外部市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境對(duì)中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷進(jìn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的分析和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的分析,努力尋求中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷策略的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。本文采用中國(guó)平安銀行的內(nèi)部管理數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的分析和檢查,以中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品為研究為主線,在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外的文獻(xiàn)分析基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究與探討,進(jìn)一步探討其產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷策略的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。對(duì)中國(guó)平安銀行產(chǎn)品“靈活添利”營(yíng)銷策略的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析后,并制定出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本文的研究是為了能夠更加了解和掌握中國(guó)平安銀行“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷策略情況,為其他金融個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品及“靈活添利”產(chǎn)品的營(yíng)銷策略所借鑒。
[Abstract]:At present, Ping an Bank of China has a relatively large scale of business development of its "flexible and profitable" products, and has set up a relatively perfect financial business system for personal finance. The development of personal finance is relatively fast. Plus, most of the sales staff who make up the personal financial business sales mix are young people with high professional quality, which has a great role in promoting the personal finance and financial business of Ping an Bank of China. Ping an Bank of China is a key component of the overall development goal of Ping an Bank of China. Ping an Bank of China has a wide distribution of personal finance business, its development technology has reached the level of national standards, and the implementation efficiency of personal finance finance is relatively high. With the improvement of China's economic development level, it has provided a convenient investment for consumers of financial products for personal financial services. The market environment of Ping an Bank of China is more complex. It is necessary to analyze the development strategy and competitive ability of Ping an Bank of China through the government's macro-control and the economic environment of the external market. This paper analyzes and examines the internal structure of Ping an Bank of China by using the internal management data of Ping an Bank of China. Taking Ping an Bank of China as the main line of study, on the basis of domestic and foreign literature analysis, this paper makes a detailed study and discussion on the products of Ping an Bank of China. Further discuss the development trend of its product marketing strategy. After analyzing the current situation and problems of the product "flexible profit" marketing strategy of Ping an Bank of China, The purpose of this paper is to understand and master the marketing strategy of Ping an Bank of China. For other financial personal financial products and "flexible Tim" product marketing strategy.
