【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程擴(kuò)大、國際分工越來越細(xì)和溫室效應(yīng)的加劇，制造業(yè)的發(fā)展方向不再是傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)的發(fā)展，而是新能源、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、高端制造業(yè)和節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)等高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。同時(shí)河北省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展也很依賴于外資，尤其是FDI，F(xiàn)DI的引進(jìn)對河北省制造業(yè)無論是技術(shù)水平、創(chuàng)新能力還是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整都起到積極作用，但是河北省引進(jìn)的FDI主要投向傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)中的高耗能、高污染行業(yè)。近幾年對于高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的投資有所上升，但是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足河北省高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。 本文從市場優(yōu)勢、競爭優(yōu)勢、規(guī)模優(yōu)勢三方面介紹了河北省制造業(yè)部分行業(yè)競爭力的現(xiàn)狀，以及FDI在具有競爭力行業(yè)的投入，通過比較幾年的數(shù)據(jù)得出FDI提升了河北省制造業(yè)部分行業(yè)的競爭力。通過分析河北省制造業(yè)的技術(shù)水平、創(chuàng)新能力和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)三方面的發(fā)展情況，闡述了FDI如何提升河北省制造業(yè)競爭力，總結(jié)出河北省制造業(yè)利用FDI提升競爭力中存在的一系列問題，如FDI沒有提升河北省制造業(yè)整體競爭力，F(xiàn)DI未提升河北省高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力，再者，F(xiàn)DI使得河北省高耗能、高污染行業(yè)競爭力過強(qiáng)等等，然后根據(jù)河北省自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)以及河北省制造業(yè)利用FDI中存在的問題，提出了河北省制造業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對策。為河北省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展提出科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)和建議，，明確河北省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，避免發(fā)展中走彎路，探索出適合河北省制造業(yè)合理利用FDI以提升競爭力的創(chuàng)新思路。
[Abstract]:As the process of economic globalization expands, the international division of labor becomes more and more detailed and Greenhouse Effect intensifies, the direction of development of the manufacturing industry is no longer the development of traditional industries, but the new energy and high-tech industries. The development of high-tech industries such as high-end manufacturing, energy-saving and environmental protection industries, and so on. At the same time, the development of Hebei's manufacturing industry is also very dependent on foreign capital, especially the introduction of FDI FDI to the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, regardless of its technical level. Innovation ability and industrial structure adjustment both play a positive role. However, the FDI imported from Hebei Province is mainly devoted to the industries with high energy consumption and high pollution in traditional industries. In recent years, the investment in high-tech industries has increased. But far from meeting the needs of the development of high-tech industries in Hebei Province. This paper introduces the present situation of the competitiveness of some manufacturing industries in Hebei Province from three aspects: market advantage, competitive advantage and scale advantage, as well as the investment of FDI in the competitive industry. By comparing the data of several years, it is concluded that FDI has improved the competitiveness of some manufacturing industries in Hebei Province. By analyzing the technological level, innovation ability and industrial structure of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, This paper expounds how FDI can enhance the competitiveness of Hebei's manufacturing industry, and summarizes a series of problems existing in the process of using FDI to enhance the competitiveness of Hebei's manufacturing industry. For example, FDI has not promoted the overall competitiveness of Hebei's manufacturing industry. FDI has not enhanced the competitiveness of Hebei's high-tech industries. Moreover, FDI has made Hebei Province highly energy-consuming and highly polluting industries, and so on. Then according to the development characteristics of Hebei Province and the problems existing in the use of FDI in the manufacturing industry of Hebei Province, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the development of the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province, and puts forward scientific guidance and suggestions for the development of the manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. This paper clarifies the developing direction of Hebei's manufacturing industry, avoids the detours in the course of development, and explores the innovative ideas suitable for Hebei's manufacturing industry to make rational use of FDI in order to enhance its competitiveness.
