【摘要】:2006年以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)銀行業(yè)全面放開(kāi),整個(gè)行業(yè)面臨著前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)具有收益高、見(jiàn)效快的特點(diǎn),是現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行獲取中間業(yè)務(wù)利潤(rùn)和向國(guó)外拓展?fàn)I銷(xiāo)的重要手段,它對(duì)銀行對(duì)擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)、增加收入都有著不可替代的重要作用,是各家商業(yè)銀行的兵家必爭(zhēng)之地。 中國(guó)工商銀行成立于1984年,世界五百?gòu)?qiáng)企業(yè)之一,作為目前世界和中國(guó)最大的商業(yè)銀行,要保持并進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化龍頭老大的地位,必須進(jìn)一步做強(qiáng)做大國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù);只有制定科學(xué)合理的國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,才能運(yùn)用有效的措施推動(dòng)國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)快速向前發(fā)展。 本文圍繞中國(guó)工商銀行國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略這一核心問(wèn)題,首先,對(duì)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,從宏觀和行業(yè)環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行了闡述,明確了金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)狀,找出了機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;其次,進(jìn)行了內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,評(píng)估了自身所擁有的資源、能力,發(fā)現(xiàn)自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì);最后,結(jié)合目前企業(yè)實(shí)際情況引入了國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,即實(shí)施差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。具體包括:實(shí)施差異化戰(zhàn)略的合理性分析;實(shí)施差異化戰(zhàn)略的具體內(nèi)涵:一是金融創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,二是產(chǎn)品品牌戰(zhàn)略,三是做好服務(wù)提升,四是科技引領(lǐng)戰(zhàn)略,五是國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略,六是深入以人為本理念。根據(jù)這一戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,積極迎接市場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)。 本文采用五力模型分析、SWOT分析等方法對(duì)中國(guó)工商銀行國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)進(jìn)行了有效分析,提出了可行性的差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略方案,具有較強(qiáng)操作性,實(shí)施后將會(huì)極大提升市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,幫助中國(guó)工商銀行在商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)中取得更大成功,有力地促進(jìn)其國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)健康、快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展,有利于鞏固并強(qiáng)化其行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍的地位。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, with the full liberalization of the banking industry in China, the whole industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The international business of commercial banks has the characteristics of high returns and quick results. It is an important means for modern commercial banks to gain profits from intermediate business and expand marketing abroad. It plays an irreplaceable role in expanding the market and increasing the income of commercial banks. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) was founded in 1984, one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. As the largest commercial bank in the world and China at present, it is necessary to further strengthen the international business in order to maintain and further strengthen the position of leading leader. Only by formulating a scientific and reasonable competitive strategy of international business can we use effective measures to promote the rapid development of international business. This article revolves around the core question of ICBC's international business competition strategy. Firstly, it analyzes the external environment, expounds the macro and industry environment, clarifies the present situation of financial industry competition, and finds out the opportunities and threats. Secondly, it analyzes the internal environment, evaluates its own resources, capabilities, and finds out its own strengths and weaknesses. Finally, it introduces the international business competition strategy according to the actual situation of the enterprise. That is, the implementation of differentiated competition strategy, including: the implementation of differentiation strategy rationality analysis; implementation of the specific content of differentiation strategy: first, financial innovation strategy, second product brand strategy, third is to do a good job in service promotion, The fourth is the strategy of science and technology, the fifth is the strategy of internationalization, and the sixth is the idea of putting people first. According to this strategic plan, and drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign banks, the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy are formulated to actively meet the challenge of the market. In this paper, the current situation and competition situation of ICBC's international business are analyzed effectively by using the five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis, and a feasible scheme of differentiated competitive strategy is put forward, which has strong maneuverability. It will greatly enhance market competitiveness, help ICBC to achieve greater success in the international business competition market of commercial banks, and contribute to the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of its international business. It helps to consolidate and strengthen its position as an industry leader.
