【摘要】:績效考核是企業(yè)人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,建立績效考核方案是績效考核的一個新的發(fā)展方向,是關(guān)系整個管理系統(tǒng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。良好的績效考核是保障客戶經(jīng)理制度有效運行的關(guān)鍵,能為其營造良好的業(yè)務(wù)拓展環(huán)境及良好的激勵發(fā)展環(huán)境。通過改善績效考核機制的方式來發(fā)揮職員最大的潛能,使其最大限度為銀行創(chuàng)造價值。 建立一個公平合理,充滿激勵的薪酬福利體系,在很大程度上來說是吸引,激勵和保留有能力員工的重要措施,根據(jù)市場基本工資指導(dǎo)價格及單位的經(jīng)濟承受能力確定總體工資水平,通過崗位分析和崗位評價確定各個層次,各個崗位之間的相對價值,以確定其薪資等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn),還要結(jié)合市場價格,單位效益和個人績效制定一個合適的薪資浮動方案。 本文以績效考核進行切入,重點介紹BS銀行客戶經(jīng)理績效考核的現(xiàn)狀,這種現(xiàn)狀所存在的問題以及怎樣建立一套符合BS銀行實際的管理體系,使客戶經(jīng)理的績效考核結(jié)果能有效加強客戶經(jīng)理的工作能力和工作興趣,最終個人能力提高的同時企業(yè)發(fā)展更順利,使個人發(fā)展和企業(yè)發(fā)展同時達到完美的結(jié)合。 本文共由四部分構(gòu)成:第一部分講績效考核研究的意義,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究綜述以及研究目標(biāo)的內(nèi)容和方法;第二部分BS銀行客戶經(jīng)理績效考核案例描述,直觀看到績效考核的現(xiàn)狀;第三部分對BS銀行客戶經(jīng)理績效考核現(xiàn)狀分析,包括績效考核相關(guān)理論綜述以及對績效考核問題的剖析;第四部分,對全篇進行結(jié)論,并給出相應(yīng)的建議,得到啟示。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise human resource management system. Establishing performance appraisal scheme is a new development direction of performance appraisal. Good performance appraisal is the key to ensure the effective operation of customer manager system. To create a good business development environment and a good incentive development environment. Through improving the performance appraisal mechanism to give full play to the potential of the staff, to maximize the value for the bank. The establishment of a fair and motivated compensation and benefits system is, to a large extent, an important measure to attract, motivate and retain competent employees. Determine the overall wage level according to the market basic wage guidance price and the unit's economic bearing capacity, determine the relative value of each level and position through post analysis and post evaluation, in order to determine the salary grade standard, Also develop a suitable salary floating scheme in combination with market price, unit benefit and individual performance. This paper focuses on the current situation of customer manager performance appraisal in BS bank, the problems existing in this situation and how to establish a set of management system in accordance with the actual situation of BS bank. The result of the performance appraisal of the customer manager can effectively strengthen the work ability and interest of the customer manager. Finally, the personal ability will be improved and the enterprise will develop more smoothly, so that the personal development and the enterprise development can reach the perfect combination at the same time. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part discusses the significance of the performance appraisal research, the domestic and foreign related areas of research review and research objectives of the content and methods; the second part of the BS bank customer manager performance appraisal case description, The third part of the BS bank customer manager performance appraisal status analysis, including performance appraisal related theory and performance appraisal analysis; 4th part, the conclusion of the whole article, the third part of BS bank customer manager performance appraisal status analysis, including the performance appraisal related theory summary and the performance appraisal question analysis; 4th part, carries on the conclusion to the entire article, The corresponding suggestions are given, and the enlightenment is obtained.
