【摘要】:隨著國(guó)際金融一體化步伐的加快,商業(yè)銀行的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。特別是我國(guó)加入WTO之后,外資銀行先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、創(chuàng)新理念以及科技手段在銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)中的投入,都不斷地對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行原有的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行著沖擊。我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)之中獲得可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì),成為各家商業(yè)銀行亟待解決的問(wèn)題。事實(shí)上,我國(guó)多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行已在經(jīng)過(guò)深入思考之后,開(kāi)始果斷地采取以“創(chuàng)新”來(lái)提高自身的盈利水平和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造能力,并取得一定的喜人成績(jī)。然而,受歷史原因、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、監(jiān)管政策、銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略、人才結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)水平等內(nèi)外部因素的影響,使得我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新受到各種各樣的制約,難以得到規(guī)范的運(yùn)行并全面發(fā)揮作用。為應(yīng)對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各種制約因素,本文通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行創(chuàng)新理論與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,提出以下對(duì)策:(1)堅(jiān)持“客戶(hù)需求本位”前提下深入開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新調(diào)研。(2)加強(qiáng)銀行同業(yè)創(chuàng)新動(dòng)態(tài)研究,優(yōu)勢(shì)借鑒。(3)深化產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新專(zhuān)題研究,努力打造創(chuàng)新品牌。(4)鼓勵(lì)“產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)盟”合作,,推動(dòng)前瞻性創(chuàng)新研究。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of international financial integration, the competition of commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce. Especially after China's entry into WTO, the foreign banks' advanced management experience, operation mode, innovative ideas and scientific and technological means are invested in the operation of banks. In fact, how to obtain the opportunity of sustainable development in the fierce competition has become an urgent problem for each commercial bank. After deep thinking, most commercial banks in our country have begun to adopt "innovation" to improve their profit level and value creation ability, and have achieved some gratifying results. However, due to historical reasons, the economic development status quo, The influence of internal and external factors, such as supervision policy, bank management strategy, talent structure, technical level and so on, makes the innovation of Chinese commercial banks subject to various constraints. It is difficult to get standardized operation and play a full role. In order to deal with the various constraints in the process of innovation and development of commercial banks in China, this paper compares the theory and practice of bank innovation at home and abroad. Put forward the following countermeasures: 1) carry out in-depth innovation research under the premise of "customer demand standard".) strengthen the dynamic research of interbank innovation, and draw on the advantage of .Y3) deepen the special research on product innovation. Strive to build an innovative brand. 4) encourage the "industry, research and research alliance" to promote forward-looking innovation research.
