【摘要】：希臘債務(wù)危機(jī)是肇始于美國(guó)的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)金融危機(jī)的最新變奏,其產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展有著深刻的資本主義制度根源。面對(duì)周期性出現(xiàn)的積累過(guò)剩危機(jī),資本主義體系的核心國(guó)家,利用在邊緣國(guó)家制造主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)、創(chuàng)造貶值資產(chǎn)的剝奪性積累方式來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)嫁其國(guó)內(nèi)的危機(jī)。希臘債務(wù)危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,歐元面臨解體風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而美元霸權(quán)則得到鞏固。隨著債務(wù)危機(jī)在歐洲的蔓延,將有更多的南歐和東歐國(guó)家陷入債務(wù)困境,而外部援助提出的緊縮方案只會(huì)加劇資本主義體系邊緣與核心之間的分化。希臘債務(wù)危機(jī)再次暴露出資本主義固有的制度缺陷,表明只有科學(xué)社會(huì)主義才能實(shí)現(xiàn)公平公正的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Greek debt crisis is the latest variation of the global economic and financial crisis that began in the United States. Its emergence and development have deep roots in the capitalist system. The euro faces the risk of break-up after the Greek debt crisis, using a disabling accumulation of depreciated assets to create sovereign debt crises in marginal countries. As the debt crisis spreads in Europe, more southern and eastern European countries will find themselves in debt distress. The austerity package proposed by external aid will only exacerbate the division between the margins and the core of the capitalist system. The Greek debt crisis has once again exposed the inherent institutional flaws of capitalism. It shows that only scientific socialism can realize fair and just economic development.
