【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)對(duì)外開放程度的不斷擴(kuò)大,"走出去"的開放戰(zhàn)略得以成功實(shí)施,越來越多的中國(guó)企業(yè)穩(wěn)步走向世界,它們?cè)诖龠M(jìn)我國(guó)與東道國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)也遭遇了包括生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的障礙與困惑�；谖覈�(guó)對(duì)外投資過程中環(huán)境保護(hù)方面顯現(xiàn)的問題,把環(huán)境保護(hù)工作擺上對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的重要戰(zhàn)略位置,完善對(duì)境外投資的體制機(jī)制,必將既為我國(guó)企業(yè)更好地"走出去"創(chuàng)造條件,也為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of China's opening to the outside world, the strategy of "going out" has been successfully implemented, and more and more Chinese enterprises are steadily moving towards the world. While promoting the economic development of our country and the host country, they also encounter obstacles and puzzles in ecological environment protection. Putting the work of environmental protection in an important strategic position for foreign economic cooperation and perfecting the institutional mechanism for overseas investment will not only create conditions for Chinese enterprises to "go out" better, It has also made greater contributions to the sustainable development of the world economy and society.
