【摘要】：《江南城投公司代建管理研究》這篇論文是本文針對(duì)政府投資項(xiàng)目實(shí)施代建市場(chǎng)化改革的趨勢(shì)而開展的一項(xiàng)研究工作。本文以江南城投公司長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)代建業(yè)務(wù)工作中積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)為研究的突破口,結(jié)合代建制研究已有的成熟經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出了一套適合江南城投公司代建管理未來(lái)生存和發(fā)展的改革方案。論文深入剖析了代建制實(shí)施中所面臨的系列問題,并針對(duì)問題尋找解決的方法或改進(jìn)的措施。論文將代建管理組織構(gòu)架問題、代建協(xié)調(diào)管理問題以及代建項(xiàng)目管理問題列作江南城投公司代建管理革新必須重點(diǎn)解決的三方面問題進(jìn)行了研究。本文在第三章中具體研究了代建模式創(chuàng)新、代建管理制度及代建管理組織構(gòu)架的革新方案：第四章主要針對(duì)代建如何提高管理效率進(jìn)行探討,提出了代建角色定位調(diào)整和加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)管理的具體方案。在第五章中,重點(diǎn)對(duì)代建項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量管理、進(jìn)度管理、投資管理三方面目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深入研究,將技術(shù)控制中的關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行了具體展開論述,目的為江南城投公司在具體代建業(yè)務(wù)中提供參考。論文寫作中堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,力求分析深入、措施有力,力求對(duì)江南城投公司代建發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:This paper is a research work aimed at the trend of the market-oriented reform of government investment projects. This paper uses Jiangnan City Investment Corporation as the agent of construction business for a long time. The experience and lessons accumulated in the course of work are the breakthrough points of the research. Combined with the mature experience of the agent system research, this paper summarizes a set of reform schemes suitable for the future survival and development of the agent construction and management of Jiangnan City Investment Corporation. The paper deeply analyzes the series of problems faced in the implementation of the agent system. And to find a solution to the problem or improve the measures. The coordination management of agent construction and the management of agent construction project are listed as three problems that must be solved in the innovation of agent construction management in Jiangnan City Investment Corporation. In chapter three, the innovation of agent construction mode is studied in detail. Chapter 4th focuses on how to improve the efficiency of agency construction, and puts forward a specific plan to adjust the role of agency construction and strengthen coordination management. In chapter 5th, This paper focuses on the realization of quality management, schedule management and investment management, and discusses the key control points in technical control. Objective to provide the reference for Jiangnan City Investment Company in the concrete construction business. In the writing of the paper, we insist on the combination of theory and practice, try our best to analyze deeply and take effective measures, and try our best to benefit the development of Jiangnan City Investment Company.
