【摘要】：近年來(lái),貨幣政策透明度已經(jīng)成為貨幣政策好壞的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高貨幣政策的透明度正成為國(guó)際趨勢(shì)。本文根據(jù)Geraats(2009)使用Dicer和Eichengreen①(2009)收集的數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)算的E?G指數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)世界范圍內(nèi)貨幣政策的透明度已經(jīng)取得了顯著提高,但實(shí)踐中呈現(xiàn)出執(zhí)行較高行政透明度和經(jīng)濟(jì)透明度,而實(shí)行較低程序透明度和政策透明度的變化趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),本文還利用E?G指標(biāo)對(duì)中國(guó)近十年來(lái)貨幣政策透明度的演變進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the transparency of monetary policy has become the main criterion for the good or bad of monetary policy, and increasing the transparency of monetary policy is becoming an international trend. Index G, found that the transparency of monetary policy worldwide has increased significantly, but in practice there has been a trend of higher administrative and economic transparency, and lower procedural and policy transparency. At the same time, This article also uses E? G index studies the evolution of China's monetary policy transparency in the past ten years.
