【摘要】：針對我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的資金短缺瓶頸,探討業(yè)內(nèi)不同所有制企業(yè)所受的融資約束,從而為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的融資推動提供微觀證據(jù)�；�2004-2010年業(yè)內(nèi)上市公司面板數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:①國內(nèi)裝備制造上市企業(yè)中,非國有企業(yè)存在融資約束,國有裝備制造業(yè)上市公司的融資軟約束問題得到了證實(shí);②隨著銀行與股市融資環(huán)境的改善,非國有裝備制造企業(yè)的融資約束得到明顯緩解,而國有裝備制造企業(yè)的融資約束無明顯緩解。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortage of funds in upgrading the equipment manufacturing industry in China, this paper discusses the financing constraints faced by enterprises with different ownership in the industry. Based on the panel data of listed companies in the industry from 2004 to 2010, the empirical results show that there are financing constraints for non-state-owned enterprises in the domestic equipment manufacturing listed enterprises in China. With the improvement of financing environment in banks and stock markets, the financing constraints of non-state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprises have been obviously alleviated. The financing constraints of state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprises have not been significantly alleviated.
