【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟作為國民經(jīng)濟的一個重要組成部分,其健康快速發(fā)展對于國民經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的推動作用。鳳陽縣作為欠發(fā)達縣域,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展已經(jīng)嚴重滯后于安徽省中心城市,并且還滯后于安徽縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的平均水平,造成這樣后果的因素有很多,其中,鳳陽金融發(fā)展不到位已經(jīng)成為制約經(jīng)濟發(fā)展壯大的瓶頸。文章以影響鳳陽縣域經(jīng)濟增長中的金融要素為研究對象,實證分析了鳳陽金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟增長之間的相互作用關系,并提出相關的政策建議。 在結合相關理論綜述的基礎上,文章首先分析了鳳陽縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基本情況,概述了鳳陽縣金融制度安排及其發(fā)展歷程,在全面總結了鳳陽縣域經(jīng)濟增長和金融發(fā)展的基本狀況的基礎上,得到了目前鳳陽縣域經(jīng)濟增長和金融發(fā)展的中的幾點結論。在定性認識的基礎上,文章還采用定量分析的方法,來探討金融因素對鳳陽經(jīng)濟增長的影響和作用機制。在建立了鳳陽經(jīng)濟增長與金融發(fā)展之間關系的AK模型后,運用了單位根檢驗、協(xié)整關系檢驗和格蘭杰因果關系檢驗等科學的檢驗方法,得出了鳳陽經(jīng)濟增長變量與金融發(fā)展變量之間存在長期協(xié)整關系,然后在變量間進行了回歸分析,剖析了鳳陽經(jīng)濟增長與金融發(fā)展的相關性,最后得出了相應的結論。 根據(jù)定性分析和定量分析,鳳陽存在金融創(chuàng)新能力差,金融抑制嚴重以及金融資產(chǎn)結構不合理,金融資產(chǎn)過于單一等問題,而鳳陽金融資產(chǎn)的增加也只是儲蓄的增加,鳳陽落后的資本市場不能把較高的儲蓄轉化為投資,最終導致了鳳陽金融發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟增長的拉動有限,也不能有效的促進其產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的調(diào)整。最后,文章針對鳳陽目前經(jīng)濟增長和金融發(fā)展存在的問題,提出了促進鳳陽經(jīng)濟金融健康發(fā)展的幾點政策建：一是大力發(fā)展資本市場；二是推動金融機構多元化發(fā)展；三是加快金融創(chuàng)新；四是加大對非正規(guī)金融的監(jiān)管；五是推進金融深化。
[Abstract]:County economy as an important part of the national economy, its healthy and rapid development for the sustainable development of the national economy has an important role in promoting. Fengyang County as an underdeveloped county area. The economic development has lagged behind the central city of Anhui Province seriously, and also lagged behind the average level of the county economic development in Anhui Province. There are many factors that cause such consequences, among them. The lack of financial development in Fengyang has become the bottleneck of restricting economic growth. This article focuses on the financial elements that affect the growth of Fengyang county economy. This paper empirically analyzes the interaction between financial development and economic growth in Fengyang, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories, the article first analyzes the basic situation of Fengyang county economic development, summarizes the Fengyang county financial system arrangement and its development process. On the basis of summing up the basic situation of Fengyang county economic growth and financial development, this paper obtains several conclusions of Fengyang county economic growth and financial development. The article also uses the quantitative analysis method to discuss the financial factor to Fengyang economic growth influence and the action mechanism. After has established the Fengyang economic growth and the financial development relations AK model. Using the scientific test methods such as unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test, the long-term cointegration relationship between Fengyang economic growth variable and financial development variable is obtained. Then the regression analysis is carried out among the variables, and the correlation between Fengyang economic growth and financial development is analyzed, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. According to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, Fengyang has some problems, such as poor ability of financial innovation, serious financial repression, unreasonable structure of financial assets and too single financial assets. Fengyang financial assets increase is only the increase of savings Fengyang backward capital market can not convert higher savings into investment eventually leading to Fengyang financial development on the economic growth of limited pull. Also can not effectively promote the adjustment of its industrial structure. Finally, the article aimed at Fengyang's current economic growth and financial development problems. Several policies are put forward to promote the healthy development of Fengyang economy and finance: first, develop the capital market vigorously; Second, to promote the diversified development of financial institutions; Third, to speed up financial innovation; Fourth, to strengthen the supervision of informal finance; Fifth, promote financial deepening.
