【摘要】：將信用風(fēng)險引入到可轉(zhuǎn)債的定價中,通過修改股票價格的運動過程,得到了一個具有違約風(fēng)險的股票價格運動過程,然后將其轉(zhuǎn)化為風(fēng)險中性測度下的運動過程.通過將回收率直接引入到貼現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金流中,得到了可違約永久可轉(zhuǎn)債價格的變分不等方程,并求出了該變分不等方程的顯式解.同時對于可回購的可轉(zhuǎn)債,根據(jù)息票率的范圍,可轉(zhuǎn)債的定價分為3大類,并分別求出每類可轉(zhuǎn)債的價格.最后指出,無論是否具有回購條款,可違約可轉(zhuǎn)債的價格和無違約可轉(zhuǎn)債的價格是相容的.
[Abstract]:The credit risk is introduced into the pricing of convertible bonds and a stock price movement process with default risk is obtained by modifying the stock price movement process. Then it is transformed into the motion process under the risk neutral measure. By introducing the recovery directly into the discounted cash flow, the variational inequality equation of the price of the defaultable permanent convertible bonds is obtained. At the same time, the pricing of convertible bonds can be divided into three categories according to the range of coupon rate, and the prices of each kind of convertible bonds are calculated respectively. The price of a defaultable convertible bond is compatible with that of a non-default convertible bond whether or not it has a repurchase clause.
