中美個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:我國經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃健康發(fā)展,居民可自由支配的財(cái)富增長地越來越迅速,個(gè)人理財(cái)行業(yè)在金融市場中也日益顯示出不可忽視的重要性。然而與金融行業(yè)發(fā)達(dá),理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅猛的美國相比較,我國的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)只能是在基礎(chǔ)階段。本文運(yùn)用了對(duì)比分析的方法,列舉了真實(shí)的理財(cái)案例,思考得出了我國個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的改革亮點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新之處。本文首先從概念、意義、內(nèi)容和品種上介紹了個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù);其次將中美個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了詳盡的對(duì)比分析,即對(duì)兩國發(fā)展所經(jīng)歷的過程、理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)市場化程度比較,金融產(chǎn)品的種類比較、投資監(jiān)管合規(guī)化程度進(jìn)行比較和探討;第三思考了中國個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的制約因素主要有金融政策及市場化環(huán)境的局限、客戶管理信息化的局限、金融創(chuàng)新的局限以及行業(yè)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的局限;第四引入了中美兩個(gè)不同家庭的理財(cái)案例,通過其不同的投資渠道和理財(cái)理念而獲得差異回報(bào)率進(jìn)一步對(duì)比兩國個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù);最后思考得出關(guān)于我國個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的政策建議,即從經(jīng)濟(jì)開放和制度健全、客戶服務(wù)及維護(hù)、理財(cái)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新以及隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化建設(shè)和績效考核層面進(jìn)行,促進(jìn)我國個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的較好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China's economic development, the residents' disposable wealth growth more quickly, the personal financial industry in the financial market is becoming more and more importance can not be ignored. However, with the financial industry developed, the rapid development of American financial services compared to the personal financial services of our country is only in the basic stage in this paper. By using the method of comparative analysis, lists the real financial case, thinking that China's personal financial business highlights the reform and innovation. This paper analyses the concept, significance, content and varieties introduced personal financial business; secondly the development of personal financial business in China makes a detailed comparison, i.e. the process of the experience for the development of the two countries, comparing the financial services level of the market, more types of financial products, investment regulatory compliance degree were compared and discussed; third thought Restricting factors of personal financial services China main financial policies and market environment limitations, customer information management limited, financial innovation limitation and industry building limitations; fourth introduces two different family financial case of Sino US, through its different investment channels and financial management concepts and differences in returns further contrast between the two countries personal financial services; finally, thinking that on the development of personal financial business of China's policy recommendations, namely from the open economy and sound system, customer service and maintenance, financial product innovation and team construction and the professional performance level, to promote better development of China's personal financial business.
