【摘要】：因奇山得名、旅游立市的張家界盡管近些年發(fā)展十分迅速,但由于自然、歷史、社會等原因,地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展仍相對落后,仍屬于欠發(fā)達地區(qū)。如何有效發(fā)揮貨幣政策效果,促進張家界地區(qū)經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文以貨幣政策在張家界地區(qū)實施效果為對象,在大量吸收國內(nèi)外專家學者的相關(guān)研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,探討貨幣政策和經(jīng)濟增長、物價穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系。本文以大量數(shù)據(jù)和實際案例為依據(jù),詳細分析了近年來貨幣政策在張家界地區(qū)的實施效果,并重點選取了旅游業(yè)、房地產(chǎn)業(yè)和中小微型企業(yè),對貨幣政策的實施效果情況進行了深入探討。通過對現(xiàn)狀的剖析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了貨幣政策在張家界地區(qū)實施中存在的問題,主要表現(xiàn)在因金融體制機制不健全被限制,因地方軟件硬件不完善被弱化,因金融機構(gòu)行為不規(guī)范被扭曲,因微觀經(jīng)濟主體不成熟被淡化等方面。 本文針對存在的問題,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗,立足張家界實際,緊緊抓住張家界被確定為全國首批旅游綜合改革試點城市的歷史性機遇,提出了一系列優(yōu)化貨幣政策在張家界地區(qū)實施效果的建議。
[Abstract]:Because he is named, Zhangjiajie tourism city, although in recent years the development is very rapid, but because of the natural, historical, social and other reasons, the economic development of the region is still relatively backward, still belongs to the undeveloped area. How to effectively play the effect of monetary policy, to promote the harmonious development of Zhangjiajie regional economy healthy development, and has very important practical significance.
In this paper, the monetary policy implementation effect in the Zhangjiajie area as the object, to absorb a large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad based on the related research achievements, discuss the monetary policy and economic growth, price stability, the relationship between the industrial structure. Based on a lot of data and actual cases as the basis, a detailed analysis of the monetary policy in recent years in Zhangjiajie area the implementation effect, and focus on the tourism industry, the real estate industry and small and micro enterprises, the implementation effect of monetary policy is discussed. Through the analysis of the present situation, discovered the existence of the implementation of monetary policy in the Zhangjiajie region in the problem, mainly in the mechanism of incomplete financial system is restricted by local software the hardware is not perfect is weakened, because the behavior of financial institutions is not standard for micro economy is distorted, immature fade and so on.
Aiming at the existing problems and combining with domestic and foreign experience, based on the reality of Zhangjiajie, we firmly seize the historic opportunity that Zhangjiajie has been identified as the first batch of pilot cities for comprehensive tourism reform in China. We have put forward a series of suggestions to optimize the implementation of monetary policy in Zhangjiajie.
