【摘要】：城市商業(yè)銀行是中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的重要組成部分,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行全面深化改革,城市商業(yè)銀行的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻變化。H市商業(yè)銀行是一家極具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ某鞘猩虡I(yè)銀行,1997年成立于M省,經(jīng)過(guò)十余年的發(fā)展,綜合實(shí)力已成為M省城市商業(yè)銀行中的前五名。但由于當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度的放緩,銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,銀行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,這為H市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大的壓力。為了應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合實(shí)力的跨躍式增長(zhǎng),H市商業(yè)銀行需要制定科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略,來(lái)指導(dǎo)未來(lái)5年的發(fā)展。本文以H市商業(yè)銀行為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論和SWOT分析等方法,首先對(duì)H市商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了現(xiàn)有的情況以及核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了未來(lái)5年發(fā)展的總體思路、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)以及實(shí)施步驟,并研究了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體策略,主要包括提出了走“特色經(jīng)營(yíng)、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、錯(cuò)位競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”的發(fā)展之路,以業(yè)務(wù)提升、引入戰(zhàn)略合作者、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控、合規(guī)建設(shè)、精細(xì)化管理、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)為工作重點(diǎn),構(gòu)建“小微金融領(lǐng)先”的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保證其行業(yè)定位、發(fā)展目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本論文研究成果對(duì)于H市商業(yè)銀行制定今后5年發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃具有指導(dǎo)意義和顯著的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,對(duì)相關(guān)銀行業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略思考也具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:City commercial bank is an important part of China's banking industry, with the overall deepening of the reform of China's economy. The external environment of city commercial bank has changed profoundly. H city commercial bank is a city commercial bank with great development potential. It was founded in M province in 1997 and has been developed for more than ten years. The comprehensive strength has become the top five of the city commercial banks in M province. However, due to the slowdown of the current economic growth rate, the competition of the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the phenomenon of homogeneity of bank products and services is serious. This brings great pressure to the development of commercial bank of H city. In order to meet the challenge, to realize the leap growth of comprehensive strength, the commercial bank of H city needs to formulate scientific strategy. In order to guide the development of the next five years, this paper takes H City Commercial Bank as the research object, using the relevant theory of strategic management and SWOT analysis and other methods. First of all, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of commercial banks in H city and the advantages and disadvantages of competition, expounds the existing situation and core competitiveness, on the basis of which puts forward the overall thinking and strategic objectives of the development in the next five years. Strategic focus and implementation steps, and studied the implementation of development strategy specific strategies, mainly including the development of "characteristic management, innovation driven, dislocation competition" to improve the business. Introducing strategic partners, risk management, compliance construction, fine management, corporate culture construction as the focus of work, to build "small and micro finance leading" core competitiveness, to ensure its industry positioning. The achievement of the development goal. The research result of this paper has the guiding significance and the remarkable practical application value for the H city commercial bank to formulate the development strategy plan in the next five years. The strategic thinking on the related banking industry also has certain reference function.
