【摘要】：計(jì)算機(jī)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，，帶來了信息傳播方式的革命，傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)物傳遞，面對面交易方式已經(jīng)被多媒體存儲和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)所取代，數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化趨勢象一股大潮推動(dòng)了傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的信息化進(jìn)程，網(wǎng)上銀行——這種依托于現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的新型銀行運(yùn)營服務(wù)模式也隨之應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 網(wǎng)上銀行以其不可比擬的優(yōu)勢，顯著提高了傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和經(jīng)營效率，同時(shí)也給傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展空間。然而，也正是這種新型的模式，給傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理帶來了新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和較大的挑戰(zhàn)，因此如何防范控制網(wǎng)上銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，成為網(wǎng)上銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展急需解決的重要課題。我國的網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展與國外發(fā)達(dá)國家相比，還很不成熟，對網(wǎng)上銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題缺乏系統(tǒng)性研究，因此，深入分析網(wǎng)上銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成的機(jī)理，積極探索有效防范和控制網(wǎng)上銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方法，對強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)上銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是十分必要的。 本文從網(wǎng)上銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論入手，運(yùn)用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，抓住重慶銀行網(wǎng)上銀行技術(shù)與業(yè)務(wù)兩個(gè)層面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特點(diǎn)，構(gòu)建了針對網(wǎng)上銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并應(yīng)用該評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對重慶銀行網(wǎng)上銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評價(jià)實(shí)踐，得出結(jié)論，亦針對性的提出防范與控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的相關(guān)對策，增強(qiáng)了重慶銀行網(wǎng)上銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范與控制能力，提升了重慶銀行網(wǎng)上銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of computer and network technology, brings a revolution in the way of information dissemination, transfer of real tradition, face to face transactions have been replaced by multimedia storage and Internet, digital, network trend like a tide to promote the information process of traditional industry, the banks rely on Internet in the modern information technology of the new bank operation the service mode also came into being.
Internet banking with its incomparable advantages, improve the traditional banking service level and operating efficiency, but also brought hitherto unknown development space to the traditional banking industry. However, it is this kind of new pattern, brings new risks and challenges to the traditional management system of large banks, therefore how to prevent the risk control of online banking, Internet banking has become an important issue that needs to be resolved. The development of Internet banking in China compared with developed countries, is still immature, lack of systemic risk problems in Internet banking so in-depth analysis of mechanism of online banking risk, and actively explore effective prevention methods and control the risk of online banking, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of Internet banking.
This paper from the theory of risk management of Internet banking, the use of research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, grasp the risk characteristics of two aspects of Bank of Chongqing technology and business, construction risk evaluation index system for online banking, and the application of the evaluation index system for the evaluation of the risk of the Bank of Chongqing online practice. The bank concluded that the related countermeasures of risk prevention and control, strengthen the prevention and control ability of Chongqing Bank Internet banking risk, enhance the Bank of Chongqing's risk management level.
