【摘要】：自從20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),廣西不斷加快吸收外商直接投資的步伐,隨著中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立,泛珠三角經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)合作的展開(kāi)以及泛北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)、大湄公河等次區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,廣西已經(jīng)處于中國(guó)華南經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、西南經(jīng)濟(jì)圈以及東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的結(jié)合部,成為多區(qū)域合作的交匯點(diǎn),區(qū)域投資與合作也層層推進(jìn)。然而由于歷史原因,廣西吸收外商直接投資的增速緩慢,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于中國(guó)的東部與中部地區(qū)。為了解決目前廣西在吸收外商直接投資方面存在的問(wèn)題,本文主要從定性分析、定量分析及對(duì)策建議三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究。文章首先闡述了廣西吸收外商直接投資存在能力弱、潛力小、來(lái)源地集中等一系列問(wèn)題,然后采用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的方法論述經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平低、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落后、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等因素是影響廣西吸收外商直接投資的原因,并利用協(xié)整的計(jì)量方法加以論證,得出本文的實(shí)證結(jié)論,結(jié)果表明在眾多影響因素中,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平對(duì)吸收外商直接投資的影響最大,其次是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和人力資本,最后結(jié)合廣西自身的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)提出促進(jìn)廣西吸收外商直接投資的意見(jiàn)和建議,認(rèn)為廣西應(yīng)該提高經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)人力資本積累以及完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, Guangxi continues to accelerate the pace of foreign direct investment, with the establishment of Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Area, cooperation in the Pan Pearl River Delta economic zone and the Pan Beibu Gulf economic development, the Greater Mekong sub regional economy, Guangxi has been in the China Southern China economic circle, southwest economic circle and the ASEAN economic circle with the the Ministry, become the focus of regional cooperation, regional cooperation and investment also layerforward. However, due to historical reasons, Guangxi foreign direct investment growth is slow, far behind the eastern and central regions China. In order to solve the current Guangxi in attracting foreign direct investment problems, this article mainly from the qualitative analysis, and analysis the countermeasures suggested quantitative study in three parts. Firstly, the Guangxi foreign direct investment is weak, the potential source of small, concentrated A series of problems, and then use a combination of theoretical and empirical methods on the low level of economic development, backward infrastructure, irrational industrial structure and other factors affecting the Guangxi foreign direct investment, and use econometric cointegration method to prove that the empirical conclusions of this paper. The results show that there are many factors the level of economic development, the greatest impact on foreign direct investment, the second is the infrastructure and human capital, combined with the characteristics of the development of Guangxi's foreign direct investment in Guangxi put forward opinions and suggestions, Guangxi should improve the level of economic development, optimize the industrial structure, promote human capital accumulation and improve infrastructure.
