【摘要】：國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的《中國(guó)(上海)自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)總體方案》中金融領(lǐng)域的任務(wù)有兩點(diǎn),一是加快金融制度創(chuàng)新,二是增強(qiáng)金融服務(wù)功能。在今年4月份發(fā)布的《進(jìn)一步深化中國(guó)(上海)自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)改革開放方案》中又一次提到了“深入推進(jìn)金融制度創(chuàng)新”�？梢娫谏虾Ｗ杂少Q(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)中對(duì)金融制度創(chuàng)新和改革的重視程度。本文從宏觀角度對(duì)新加坡自由貿(mào)易區(qū)、香港自由貿(mào)易區(qū)和上海自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的金融體制進(jìn)行了分析、比較和評(píng)價(jià),以期能對(duì)上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的金融體制改革提出有建設(shè)性的意見。本文分別梳理了有關(guān)自由貿(mào)易區(qū)和金融體制的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)這些研究進(jìn)行了整理歸納,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)金融體制的研究存在缺失,基本沒有文獻(xiàn)從金融體制角度宏觀的、系統(tǒng)的對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)金融進(jìn)行研究分析,從而提出本文所要研究的問題。論文第二部分對(duì)相關(guān)概念和理論做了概述,確定采用白欽先教授的金融體制比較理論和柯布-道格拉斯效用理論從定性和定量?jī)蓚�(gè)角度對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)金融體制進(jìn)行比較分析。論文第三部分對(duì)新加坡自由貿(mào)易區(qū)、香港自由貿(mào)易區(qū)和上海自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的金融體制由點(diǎn)到面的進(jìn)行了定性比較分析,先對(duì)各自貿(mào)區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、各自貿(mào)區(qū)金融體制的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述,最后運(yùn)用白欽先教授的金融體制比較理論對(duì)各自貿(mào)區(qū)的金融體制進(jìn)行了比較。論文第四部分,利用柯布-道格拉斯效用函數(shù)構(gòu)建了自貿(mào)區(qū)金融體制效用評(píng)價(jià)模型并對(duì)面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸模型的相關(guān)理論做了介紹。第五部分是實(shí)證部分,建立香港、新加坡、日本、韓國(guó)和上海1991年到2012的面板數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Eviews軟件進(jìn)行面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸,對(duì)各生產(chǎn)要素,包括金融要素在內(nèi),對(duì)自貿(mào)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響程度進(jìn)行了定量測(cè)評(píng),并對(duì)反映各要素效用的彈性系數(shù)從縱向和橫向兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行了分析。最后基于之前章節(jié)的研究,從金融體制效用角度對(duì)上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的金融體制改革進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:The State Council approved the "Chinese (Shanghai) there are two financial sector overall program of free trade test area > task, one is to accelerate the innovation of financial system, the two is to enhance financial services. In April this year released" to further deepen the China (Shanghai) free trade zone reform and opening-up program > once again referred to "to further promote the innovation of the financial system." Shanghai free trade zone is visible in the construction of financial system innovation and reform of the degree of attention. In this paper, from a macro perspective on the Singapore Free Trade Zone, Hongkong free trade zone and the Shanghai free trade area of the financial system are analyzed, compared and evaluated, in order to the financial trade zone of Shanghai the reform put forward constructive suggestions. This paper reviews the research literature on the free trade area and the financial system at home and abroad, and these studies were summarized, found on Study on FTA financial system is lacking, no literature from the perspective of macro financial system, systematic research and Analysis on the FTA finance, so as to put forward in this paper to study the problem. The second part summarizes the related concepts and theories, determined by Professor Bai Qinxian's financial system comparison theory and Cobb Douglas utility theory from two angles of qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis of FTA financial system. The third part of the Singapore Free Trade Zone, the financial system from the point of Hongkong free trade zone and the Shanghai free trade zone were compared with qualitative analysis, the present condition of the development of the first FTA, summarizes the development status of each trade area of the financial system finally, the use of white al professor of financial system comparison theory of the free trade area of the financial system were compared in the fourth part. Points, using Cobb Douglas utility function to construct the FTA financial system effectiveness evaluation model and the theory model of panel data regression is introduced. The fifth part is the empirical part, the establishment of Hongkong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Shanghai in 1991 to the 2012 panel data, panel data regression using Eviews software in the production factors, including financial factors, the influence degree of the free trade zone economic growth quantitatively evaluated, and the elasticity to reflect the elements of the utility from the vertical and horizontal two angles are analyzed. Finally based on the previous chapters, the Shanghai FTA financial reform of the financial system from the angle of utility is discussed.
