【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)告訴我們,當(dāng)企業(yè)發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模的時(shí)候,戰(zhàn)略管理是否科學(xué)合理直接決定企業(yè)發(fā)展的興衰成敗。一般說來,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)在分析外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件現(xiàn)狀及其變化趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,為獲得企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期生存和發(fā)展所作的整體性、全局性、長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)性的謀劃及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)形勢(shì),銀聯(lián)商務(wù)有限公司湖北分公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“湖北銀商”)緊緊圍繞總公司“打造綜合支付服務(wù)提供商”的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo),以全力加快市場(chǎng)建設(shè)為第一要?jiǎng)?wù),積極開拓新市場(chǎng),扎實(shí)推進(jìn)新業(yè)務(wù),努力創(chuàng)造新收益。 本文以湖北銀商為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、公司治理等經(jīng)典理論,以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀為背景,首先介紹了研究背景、目的、意義和研究方法,并介紹了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理、銀行卡產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念等。接著對(duì)公司現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和評(píng)析,并通過對(duì)湖北銀商所處的銀行卡服務(wù)行業(yè)和行業(yè)環(huán)境,外部和內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)分析,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)化的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論和科學(xué)的分析工具,找出了公司所處宏觀環(huán)境中的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅和企業(yè)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),為擬定公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。之后通過SWOT分析對(duì)企業(yè)提出戰(zhàn)略備選方案和相對(duì)評(píng)價(jià),從而給企業(yè)進(jìn)行定位,選擇出合適的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并就如何實(shí)現(xiàn)總體戰(zhàn)略制定了各項(xiàng)措施,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,用以指導(dǎo)該類企業(yè)從戰(zhàn)略的層次考慮企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。本文認(rèn)為湖北銀商應(yīng)該把握存量商戶,與其他優(yōu)勢(shì)行業(yè)形成戰(zhàn)略合作,強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合,,整合資源,同時(shí)加強(qiáng)自身產(chǎn)品研發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展。本論文通過對(duì)湖北銀商發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,希望對(duì)類型相似的企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定也具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The experience and lessons of enterprise development at home and abroad tell us that when the enterprise develops to a certain scale, whether the strategic management is scientific, reasonable or not directly determines the success or failure of the enterprise development. Generally speaking. Enterprise strategy is the integrity of the enterprise in order to obtain the long-term survival and development of the enterprise on the basis of analyzing the external environment and internal conditions and its changing trend. The long-term planning and corresponding countermeasures. Facing the complex and changeable market situation. Bank Union Commerce Co., Ltd. Hubei Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Banking Merchants") tightly around the head office "to create a comprehensive payment service provider" business objectives, to speed up the construction of the market as the first priority. Actively open up new markets, promote new business, and strive to create new profits. Based on the classical theories of strategic management, economics, corporate governance, and the background of market economy, industry characteristics and the present situation of enterprises, this paper firstly introduces the research background and purpose. The significance and research methods, and the introduction of corporate strategic management, bank card industry related concepts and so on. Then the company's current situation is summarized and evaluated. And through the bank card service industry and industry environment, external and internal strengths and weaknesses analysis, the use of systematic enterprise strategic management theory and scientific analysis tools. Find out the opportunities, threats and strengths and weaknesses of the company in the macro environment. It provides a scientific basis for the formulation of the company's strategic planning. Then through the SWOT analysis to put forward strategic options and relative evaluation for the enterprise to position and select the appropriate development strategy. And how to achieve the overall strategy of the measures to achieve sustainable, healthy and steady development of the enterprise. To guide this kind of enterprises from the strategic level to consider the long-term development of enterprises. This paper believes that Hubei banks should grasp the stock of merchants, and other advantages of industries to form strategic cooperation, strong combination, integration of resources. At the same time, strengthen their own product research and development, achieve diversified development. This paper through the development strategy of Hubei banks and merchants, hope to similar types of enterprises to formulate the development strategy also has certain reference significance.
