【摘要】:隨著近年中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷上升,人民幣的國(guó)際化步伐逐步加快,人民幣最終走向國(guó)際化是一個(gè)必然的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。作為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)中國(guó)際化程度最高的中國(guó)銀行,其未來的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展在人民幣國(guó)際化背景下既面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),也會(huì)因自身在跨境業(yè)務(wù)上的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)而迎來難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。由于中國(guó)銀行的境內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)與其他大型國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行相比在業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模、機(jī)構(gòu)布局及人員數(shù)量上相對(duì)處于劣勢(shì),其國(guó)內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)在大型銀行的擠壓和中小銀行的追趕下已面臨很大的發(fā)展壓力,而且各行近年都紛紛把國(guó)際化發(fā)展作為未來的重要發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,因此能否繼續(xù)保持在海外業(yè)務(wù)上的領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì)對(duì)于中國(guó)銀行的未來業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展就具有重要意義。中國(guó)銀行必須實(shí)施海外優(yōu)先的發(fā)展定位,采取積極措施保持其在跨境業(yè)務(wù)上的優(yōu)勢(shì)地位,從而穩(wěn)固和提升其綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rising of China's economic strength in recent years, the pace of internationalization of RMB has been gradually accelerated. The internationalization of RMB is an inevitable trend. As the bank of China with the highest degree of internationalization, its future business development faces many challenges under the background of RMB internationalization. It will also welcome a rare opportunity for development because of its traditional advantages in cross-border business, as the Bank of China's domestic operations are comparable to those of other large state-owned commercial banks. The organization layout and the personnel quantity are relatively in the inferior position, its domestic business in the large-scale bank squeeze and the small and medium-sized bank catch-up already faces the very big development pressure. And in recent years, banks have taken internationalization as an important development strategy in the future. Therefore, it is of great significance for Bank of China to continue to maintain its leading position in overseas business. The Bank of China must implement the development orientation of overseas priority. Take active measures to maintain its advantage in cross-border business, so as to stabilize and enhance its overall competitiveness.
