【摘要】：國內(nèi)某展覽中心屋蓋采用單層單向懸索結(jié)構(gòu),其中懸索用鋼板帶代替;定長懸索通過壓重后變形而獲得初始預(yù)應(yīng)力。先通過單索拋物線理論確定符合建筑使用功能和美觀效果的初始態(tài)以及相應(yīng)屋面壓重;然后結(jié)合施工方案,以初始態(tài)為基礎(chǔ),通過不斷調(diào)整預(yù)起拱值的大小反推假定的零狀態(tài),進行施工全過程正分析,直到壓重下懸索的變形位置達到建筑控制位置為止。結(jié)果表明,確定懸索零始態(tài)的關(guān)鍵在于邊桁架張拉的水平距離和懸索的初始長度;通過試算確定的零狀態(tài)模型,變形后懸索位置與建筑控制幾何位置之間的差距滿足預(yù)先設(shè)定的不大于10mm的要求;所采用的找形分析計算方法不僅能得到零狀態(tài)以便施工放樣,同時還可得到桿件相應(yīng)初始內(nèi)力,為分析屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)承受其他外荷載提供條件。此外,還比較了典型節(jié)點的位置、典型構(gòu)件的軸拉力隨施工過程的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:A single-story one-way suspension cable structure is used in the roof of an exhibition center in China, in which the suspension cable is replaced by steel plate strip, and the initial prestressing force is obtained by deformation of the fixed length suspension cable after compression. Firstly, through the theory of parabola of single cable, the initial state of building function and aesthetic effect are determined, and the corresponding roof pressure is determined. Then combined with the construction scheme, based on the initial state, by constantly adjusting the pre-arch value of the assumed zero state, the whole construction process is analyzed, until the deformation position of the suspension cable under pressure reaches the control position of the building. The results show that the key to determine the zero initial state of the suspension is the horizontal distance of the tension of the edge truss and the initial length of the suspension cable. Through the zero-state model determined by trial calculation, the gap between the suspended cable position after deformation and the control geometric position of the building meets the pre-set requirement of no more than 10mm. The shape-finding analysis and calculation method can not only obtain the zero state for construction layout, but also obtain the corresponding initial internal force of the bar, which provides conditions for the analysis of roof structure under other external loads. In addition, the position of typical joints and the variation of axial tension of typical members with the construction process are compared.
