【摘要】：在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,"整合集聚"和"提高效率"成為城鎮(zhèn)化追求的重要目標(biāo),也為以"聚合與效率"為主要特征的城市綜合體帶來了重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇。伴隨城市綜合體項(xiàng)目的蜂擁而上,局部地區(qū)出現(xiàn)了商業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏主題特色、商務(wù)發(fā)展跟不上城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展步伐、居住環(huán)境缺乏完善配套設(shè)施和服務(wù)等一系列問題和矛盾。因此,創(chuàng)新發(fā)展成為城市綜合體差異化競(jìng)爭取得成功的必由之路。只有不斷追求商業(yè)設(shè)施和商業(yè)服務(wù)主題多元化和主題商業(yè)運(yùn)營特色化,發(fā)展以辦公、會(huì)展等為代表的高端商務(wù)設(shè)施和商務(wù)服務(wù),不斷完善配套設(shè)施和配套服務(wù),才能有效提升和優(yōu)化城市綜合體的商業(yè)功能、商務(wù)功能和居住功能,使其真正成為推動(dòng)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的重要引擎。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, "integration and agglomeration" and "improving efficiency" have become the important goals of urbanization, and have brought great development opportunities for the urban complex characterized by "aggregation and efficiency". With the rush of urban complex projects, a series of problems and contradictions have appeared in local areas, such as the lack of thematic features of commercial development, the lack of business development following the pace of urban industrial development, and the lack of complete supporting facilities and services in the living environment. Therefore, innovation and development has become the only way to achieve success in differentiated competition of urban complex. Only by constantly pursuing the diversification of commercial facilities and commercial services and the special features of themed commercial operations, developing high-end business facilities and business services, such as office, exhibition, etc., and constantly perfecting supporting facilities and supporting services, Only by effectively improving and optimizing the commercial, commercial and residential functions of the urban complex can it become an important engine to promote the new type of urbanization.
