【摘要】：型鋼-混凝土組合箱梁具有承載力高、剛度大、抗震性能好、施工快速方便等顯著優(yōu)點,在鋼結(jié)構工程中得到越來越廣泛的應用,科學、有效地控制施工關鍵工序是保證工程質(zhì)量的關鍵所在。以珠海十字門中央商務區(qū)會展商務組團一期展覽中心宴會廳2層平臺梁鋼結(jié)構施工為背景,對大跨度開、閉口型鋼-混凝土組合箱梁施工過程中所涉及的運輸、吊裝、焊接、卸載、施工流程等一系列施工技術進行了總結(jié),詳細介紹了關鍵施工工藝。
[Abstract]:Steel-concrete composite box girder has many advantages, such as high bearing capacity, high stiffness, good seismic performance, quick and convenient construction, and so on, so it has been applied more and more widely in steel structure engineering. Effective control of key construction procedures is the key to ensure the quality of the project. Based on the construction of the steel structure of the two-story platform beam in the banquet hall of the Exhibition Center of Zhuhai Cross Gate Central Business District, the transportation, hoisting and welding of the large-span steel-concrete composite box girder involved in the construction process of the large-span steel and concrete composite box girder are discussed. A series of construction techniques, such as unloading and construction process, are summarized and the key construction techniques are introduced in detail.
