【摘要】：上世紀(jì)90年代后,我國會(huì)展業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展,會(huì)展建筑也迎來了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,它所帶來的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和城市效應(yīng)引起了人們前所未有的關(guān)注。不僅在北京、上海、廣州等一線城市會(huì)展建筑正在快速建設(shè),在河南這片孕育了中華悠久歷史文明的古老土地上,會(huì)展建筑也在悄然崛起。位于鄭州市鄭東新區(qū)的國際會(huì)展中心已成為河南省會(huì)展場館的代表和象征。然而目前,針對河南省會(huì)展建筑發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的研究尚屬空白,研究河南省地區(qū)會(huì)展建筑場館現(xiàn)狀對我國中部地區(qū)會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。 本文通過對河南省會(huì)展業(yè)及會(huì)展建筑發(fā)展歷程的整理,總結(jié)出政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、交通區(qū)位等因素對會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展的巨大影響作用;并親赴河南省各地區(qū)現(xiàn)有會(huì)展建筑場館進(jìn)行細(xì)致調(diào)研,從城市區(qū)位、所在區(qū)域的宏觀角度,及場館功能空間、技術(shù)手段的微觀角度兩大方面全面整理歸納,探討會(huì)展場館與區(qū)位環(huán)境的相互辯證關(guān)系,著重從建筑設(shè)計(jì)的角度深入剖析會(huì)展場館的建設(shè)水平與使用狀況。 論文共分五章節(jié)對河南省地區(qū)會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行闡述。 第一章為本文緒論部分,提出研究對象的概念界定、研究背景和意義,明確研究課題的方法和框架。 第二章對河南省會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行必要的論述。 第三章以時(shí)間為線索從場館所在城市的綜合條件、以及場館主要功能空間的情況兩大方面客觀分析河南省會(huì)展建筑的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。 第四章以目前河南省規(guī)模最大、設(shè)施最先進(jìn)的鄭州國際會(huì)展中心為研究對象,首先從宏觀的角度考察會(huì)展中心與鄭東新區(qū)CBD的關(guān)系,再從建筑自身微觀角度分析會(huì)展中心的主要功能空間和場館的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)措施,然后以鄭州國際會(huì)展中心和廣州琶洲會(huì)展中心為例,比較河南與沿海地區(qū)會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展水平。 最后一章對全文論述做出歸納,總結(jié)河南省會(huì)展建筑發(fā)展脈絡(luò)及其影響因素,分析目前使用場館存在的問題,進(jìn)而探討河南省會(huì)展建筑的發(fā)展趨勢與策略,提出自己的觀點(diǎn)和意見。論文意在提供整理一套相對完整的河南省會(huì)展建筑建設(shè)發(fā)展體系,希望研究成果具有現(xiàn)實(shí)參考價(jià)值,為河南省乃至更多地區(qū)的會(huì)展場館建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the exhibition industry in China has been developing rapidly, and the exhibition building has also ushered in a good opportunity for development. The enormous economic benefits and urban effects it has brought have aroused people's unprecedented concern. Not only in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other first-tier cities, exhibition buildings are being rapidly built, but also in Henan, an ancient land pregnant with the long history and civilization of China, the exhibition building is also quietly rising. The International Convention and Exhibition Center, located in the new area of Zheng Dong, Zhengzhou, has become the representative and symbol of the exhibition venues in Henan Province. However, the research on the development of exhibition buildings in Henan Province is still blank, and it is of practical significance to study the present situation of exhibition buildings in Henan Province for the development of exhibition buildings in the central part of China. This paper summarizes the great influence of politics, economy, traffic location and other factors on the development of exhibition industry through sorting out the development course of exhibition industry and exhibition building in Henan Province. He also went to every region of Henan Province to carry out detailed investigation on the existing convention and exhibition building venues, and summarized comprehensively from two major aspects: the city location, the macroscopic angle of the region, the function space of the venue, and the micro angle of the technical means. This paper probes into the dialectical relationship between the exhibition venue and the location environment, and analyzes the construction level and the usage of the exhibition venue from the angle of architectural design. The paper is divided into five chapters on the development of exhibition buildings in Henan Province. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, the definition of the research object, research background and significance, clear research methods and framework. The second chapter discusses the development of the exhibition industry in Henan Province. The third chapter objectively analyzes the construction and development of exhibition building in Henan Province from two aspects: the comprehensive conditions of the city where the venue is located and the main function space of the venue. The fourth chapter takes Zhengzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center, which has the largest scale and the most advanced facilities in Henan Province, as the research object. First of all, from a macro point of view, the relationship between the Convention and Exhibition Center and Zheng Dong's New District CBD is investigated. Then it analyzes the main function space and the key technical measures of the exhibition center from the view of architecture itself, and then takes Zhengzhou International Exhibition Center and Guangzhou Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center as examples to compare the development level of exhibition building between Henan and coastal areas. In the last chapter, the author summarizes the development of exhibition buildings in Henan Province, analyzes the problems existing in the current use of exhibition buildings, and then discusses the development trends and strategies of exhibition buildings in Henan Province. Put forward one's own views and opinions. The purpose of this paper is to provide a set of relatively complete development system of exhibition building construction in Henan Province, hoping that the research results have practical reference value and provide reference for the construction of exhibition venues in Henan Province and even more areas.
