【摘要】：齊齊哈爾市豐富的歷史文化遺存中,有以江橋抗戰(zhàn)遺址、"五一六"化學(xué)毒氣部隊(duì)遺址和西滿革命烈士陵園為代表的近代戰(zhàn)爭遺址,他們都屬于省級重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。因?yàn)楦鞣N原因,遺址中有的得到良好的保護(hù)和修繕,有的則殘破不堪。戰(zhàn)爭遺址遭到破壞主要有自然、歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)等三個方面的原因。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)本著對歷史負(fù)責(zé)、對社會負(fù)責(zé)的精神,保護(hù)好包括戰(zhàn)爭遺址在內(nèi)的各種歷史遺存,具體而言應(yīng)當(dāng)從加強(qiáng)法規(guī)宣傳、增強(qiáng)保護(hù)意識,加大執(zhí)法力度、嚴(yán)懲破壞行為,增加資金投入、切實(shí)加強(qiáng)管理,廣泛征集文物、完善展覽場館等四個方面入手,加強(qiáng)對戰(zhàn)爭遺址的保護(hù),使之成為緬懷先烈、勿忘國恥、激發(fā)愛國熱情的文化基地。
[Abstract]:Among the rich historical and cultural relics of Qiqihar City, there are the sites of the Jiangqiao Anti-Japanese War, the sites of the chemical poisonous gas units of May 16 and the modern war sites represented by the Western Manchu revolutionary martyrs' mausoleum, all of which belong to the provincial key cultural relics protection units. For various reasons, some sites are well protected and repaired, others are dilapidated. The destruction of war sites is mainly caused by nature, history and reality. In the spirit of being responsible for history and being responsible to society, we should protect all kinds of historical relics, including war sites. Specifically, we should strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations, enhance our awareness of protection, step up law enforcement, and severely punish acts of sabotage. By increasing the investment of funds, strengthening management, collecting cultural relics extensively, perfecting exhibition venues and other four aspects, we should strengthen the protection of war sites and make them a cultural base for remembering the martyrs, not forgetting the national shame, and inspiring patriotic enthusiasm.
