【摘要】：生態(tài)旅游是生態(tài)與旅游所組成一個(gè)復(fù)雜的有機(jī)系統(tǒng),其實(shí)質(zhì)是運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)和發(fā)展學(xué)思想指導(dǎo)包括旅游主體、旅游客體、旅游業(yè)在內(nèi)的旅游系統(tǒng)的有序、健康、發(fā)展。生態(tài)旅游的內(nèi)涵強(qiáng)調(diào)的是對(duì)自然景觀的保護(hù)和科學(xué)開發(fā),從這個(gè)角度來講,生態(tài)旅游是具有可持續(xù)性的。從現(xiàn)階段的具體實(shí)際而言,生態(tài)旅游重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)人類對(duì)自然的利用和享受不應(yīng)以犧牲環(huán)境為代價(jià)而應(yīng)與自然和諧相處,甚至當(dāng)代人應(yīng)該在不破壞前人創(chuàng)造的人文景觀和自然景觀的前提下,為后代人建設(shè)和創(chuàng)造出更多、更新的人文景觀。 十多年的發(fā)展實(shí)踐已經(jīng)完全表明,實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展是有道可循的,而且可借鑒的途徑很多,生態(tài)旅游的誕生與發(fā)展,正是可持續(xù)旅游發(fā)展的原則最好,也正是如此,我們大力倡導(dǎo)全國,特別是旅游資源豐富的民族地區(qū)重視并且發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游,其核心是實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 論文首先對(duì)生態(tài)旅游的產(chǎn)生和特點(diǎn)作了較為詳細(xì)的描述,然后對(duì)十幾年來國外生態(tài)旅游的發(fā)展進(jìn)程以及相關(guān)方面的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),同時(shí)分析了生態(tài)旅游興起的原因與特點(diǎn),并著重評(píng)述了生態(tài)旅游的內(nèi)涵及其對(duì)游客、旅行社及導(dǎo)游、旅行住宿設(shè)施、自然生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)的要求。接著闡述了生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),包括可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論等。在生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展市場分析中,又對(duì)國際生態(tài)旅游市場進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)了經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合旅游發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢條件,為四川省生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了可供借鑒的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),最后,在分析四川省生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了四川省生態(tài)旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)策。重點(diǎn)提出了統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、科學(xué)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游資源,加快推進(jìn)四川民族地區(qū)生態(tài)旅游建設(shè),做好開發(fā)規(guī)劃、實(shí)行有序開發(fā),打造生態(tài)旅游精品,加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等五條對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism is a complex organic system composed of ecology and tourism. Its essence is to guide the orderly, healthy and developing of tourism system including tourism subject, tourism object and tourism industry. The connotation of ecotourism emphasizes the protection and scientific development of natural landscape. From this point of view, ecotourism is sustainable. From the concrete reality of the present stage, ecotourism emphasizes that the use and enjoyment of nature by human beings should not be at the expense of the environment but should be in harmony with nature, Even the present generation should construct and create more and more human landscape for future generations without destroying the humanistic landscape and natural landscape created by the predecessors. The development practice of more than ten years has shown that the sustainable development of tourism can be realized by youdao, and there are many ways to learn from it. The birth and development of ecotourism is the best principle of sustainable tourism development, and it is just like this. We strongly advocate the attention and development of ecotourism in the whole country, especially in the ethnic areas with rich tourism resources, the core of which is to realize the sustainable development of tourism. This paper first describes the origin and characteristics of ecotourism in detail, then summarizes the development process of ecotourism abroad in the past ten years, and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of the emergence of ecotourism. The connotation of ecotourism and its requirements for tourists, travel agents and tour guides, tourist accommodation facilities and natural ecological protection areas are emphatically reviewed. Then elaborated the ecotourism development theory foundation, including the sustainable development theory and so on. In the analysis of the ecotourism sustainable development market, the international ecotourism market is analyzed, and the experience is summarized. Combining with the advantages and disadvantages of the tourism development, it provides the practical experience for the sustainable development of the ecotourism in Sichuan province. Finally, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of the sustainable development of eco-tourism in Sichuan Province, the countermeasures of sustainable development of eco-tourism in Sichuan Province are put forward. The paper puts forward five countermeasures, such as overall planning, scientific development of eco-tourism resources, speeding up the construction of eco-tourism in minority areas of Sichuan, making good development planning, carrying out orderly development, creating fine ecotourism products, and speeding up the construction of infrastructure facilities.
