【摘要】：財務戰(zhàn)略是公司為配合自身的發(fā)展與獲取競爭優(yōu)勢而實施的資本結構與資金計劃,該計劃包括資金籌集、資金投資和分紅以及營運資金管理三大方面。財務戰(zhàn)略驅(qū)動企業(yè)盈利模式,而運營模式需要與企業(yè)財務戰(zhàn)略相匹配�，F(xiàn)如今越來越多的實體經(jīng)營企業(yè)都采用了輕資產(chǎn)運營模式。這些企業(yè)以最少的存貨與固定資產(chǎn)方面的資金投入,憑借其長期積累的供應鏈能力、客戶資源、品牌文化、技術研發(fā)、人力資源等輕資產(chǎn),整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外各種資源尤其是非財務資源,創(chuàng)造出獨特的競爭優(yōu)勢與企業(yè)財務績效。HL有限公司就是一個典型的采用輕資產(chǎn)運營的公司。該公司在輕資產(chǎn)運營下,迅速擴張成為了行業(yè)領軍者,但其現(xiàn)行的運營模式與其財務戰(zhàn)略的匹配上也出現(xiàn)了一些亟待解決的問題。本文以HL公司為案例,深入剖析該公司2010年至2014年這5年的大量財務信息和業(yè)務資料,首先分析了HL輕資產(chǎn)運營的特征,然后結合輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式與財務結構驅(qū)動的理論框架,從不同方面系統(tǒng)性地闡述了財務戰(zhàn)略性安排在支撐HL公司輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式中的驅(qū)動作用的優(yōu)勢與不足,并提出建設性改進意見。本文期待通過HL公司案例,凸顯財務戰(zhàn)略在驅(qū)動、支持輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式中的獨到作用,希望在獲取競爭優(yōu)勢和提升企業(yè)價值的實踐中,給其他企業(yè)以更多財務戰(zhàn)略路徑上的啟示和經(jīng)驗。
