H公司專業(yè)顯示器代工模式存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和國際分工的日益發(fā)展以及IT技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,專業(yè)顯示器對企業(yè)和個人消費者已不再是一個陌生的產(chǎn)品。在全球?qū)I(yè)顯示器市場競爭日趨激烈的今天,H公司專業(yè)顯示器業(yè)務(wù)在經(jīng)歷了公司內(nèi)部全球組織架構(gòu)整合之后,公司戰(zhàn)略管理應(yīng)該進行怎樣的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和客戶滿意度,進而占據(jù)更多的市場份額,取得全球市場領(lǐng)先的地位,是值得研究的問題。談到戰(zhàn)略管理,其中代工企業(yè)的合作模式問題則是重中之重。 本論文主要以代工模式的相關(guān)研究、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、全球價值鏈理論、業(yè)務(wù)流程理論以及供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系理論為基礎(chǔ),采取對H公司與國際代工企業(yè)及供應(yīng)商的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系分析,對H公司專業(yè)顯示器代工模式存在的問題進行深入分析,總結(jié)出H公司專業(yè)顯示器代工模式的一系列特點,并對目前存在的問題和持續(xù)性發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的建議及對策。 首先,從專業(yè)顯示器的市場格局、發(fā)展趨勢、產(chǎn)品分類、制造特點等方面對全球?qū)I(yè)顯示器的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,并總體介紹了H公司專業(yè)顯示器的制造模式。 其次,對H公司的專業(yè)顯示器代工模式(OEM)所存在的問題進行剖析,從供應(yīng)商的單一模式、運營管理、物流管理、品質(zhì)持續(xù)改善、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)溝通程度和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移執(zhí)行力等方面找出其不足。 最后,具有針對性的就供應(yīng)商的單一模式、運營管理、物流管理、品質(zhì)持續(xù)改善、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)溝通程度和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移執(zhí)行力等方面的不足提出建設(shè)性意見以及改進方案,并給出代工模式持續(xù)性發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and international division of labor and the application of IT technology, professional display is no longer a new product for enterprises and individual consumers. In the day of the increasingly fierce market competition of the global professional display, the company's professional display business has experienced the whole organization of the company's global organization, and the company's strategic management should be adjusted and optimized, so as to improve the product quality and the customer satisfaction. It is worth studying in order to take up more market share and get the leading position of global market. It is very important to talk about the strategic management, among which the problem of the cooperation model of the foundry enterprises is the most important. This paper is based on the related research, supply chain management theory, global value chain theory, business process theory and supply chain relation theory, and takes the strategic cooperation relationship between the H company and the international substitute enterprise and the supplier. In this paper, the author deeply analyzes the problems existing in the design mode of the professional display of the H Company, and summarizes the series of characteristics of the work mode of the professional display of the company, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems and the persistent development. First, the present situation of the global professional display is analyzed from the market pattern, the developing trend, the product classification and the manufacturing characteristics of the professional display, and the system of the professional display of the company is introduced in general. Secondly, it analyzes the problems existing in the professional display generation mode (OEM) of the H company, from the single mode of the supplier, the operation management, the logistics management, the continuous improvement of the quality, the communication degree of the new product development and the execution of the technology transfer, and so on. To find out its deficiency. Finally, it has pointed out a constructive meaning on the defects of single mode, operation management, logistics management, continuous improvement of quality, communication degree of new product development and execution of technology transfer, etc. See and improve the scheme and give the continuity of the generation mode.
