基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃研究

【摘要】:以供應(yīng)鏈為基礎(chǔ)的制造模式已成為主流的制造模式,但供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)苁袌霏h(huán)境的影響,存在諸多的不確定性;同時(shí)供應(yīng)鏈中節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)眾多,且相互關(guān)系復(fù)雜,這些都增加了供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃的復(fù)雜性和實(shí)施的困難。本文分析以供應(yīng)子鏈(簡稱子鏈)為對象,分析供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境中的制造資源計(jì)劃,以期分析供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程與應(yīng)用途徑。子鏈?zhǔn)峭暾⿷?yīng)鏈的組成部分,是局部供應(yīng)鏈。雖然子鏈包含許多節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè),但對供應(yīng)鏈來說,這些節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)可以被視為是一個(gè)整體,共同制造供應(yīng)鏈某產(chǎn)品的某些零部件。在子鏈的基礎(chǔ)上,供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)得到了簡化,當(dāng)供應(yīng)鏈接到生產(chǎn)任務(wù)時(shí),為完成供應(yīng)鏈任務(wù),必須制定供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃。在制定供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃時(shí),以子鏈為對象,簡化了任務(wù)下達(dá)與產(chǎn)能核算;谧渔湹墓⿷(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃是以供應(yīng)鏈生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃為主線,以子鏈為對象而展開的。分析供應(yīng)鏈遞階生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模式和集成化供應(yīng)鏈生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模式及業(yè)務(wù)流程,結(jié)合子鏈特點(diǎn),提出了基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃模型,并研究了基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃(SC-MPS)、能力計(jì)劃、物料需求計(jì)劃和供應(yīng)鏈庫存。SC-MPS起到鏈接市場需求與物料需求的作用,是整個(gè)制造資源計(jì)劃的主線;能力計(jì)劃是判斷SC-MPS是否合理的關(guān)鍵一步;物料需求計(jì)劃圍繞回答五個(gè)基本問題組建的,是SC-MPS下達(dá)過程中的關(guān)鍵步驟;通過供應(yīng)鏈庫存的研究,進(jìn)而提出基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈庫存模型。在總體模型的基礎(chǔ)上分析供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃的作用,并根據(jù)九個(gè)基本原則制定供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃。對傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)能和基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈制造資源計(jì)劃產(chǎn)能進(jìn)行比較,突出基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)能的優(yōu)越性,同時(shí)分析了子鏈產(chǎn)能的影響因素(生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、物流質(zhì)量、技術(shù)水平和生產(chǎn)環(huán)境),提出基于供應(yīng)鏈的具體產(chǎn)品、代表產(chǎn)品和假定產(chǎn)品之間的關(guān)系,以及供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)能核算方法(工時(shí)法),并應(yīng)用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了工時(shí)法核算供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)能的可行性。最后,應(yīng)用模糊層次分析法選擇最優(yōu)供應(yīng)子鏈,實(shí)現(xiàn)對基于子鏈的供應(yīng)鏈資源優(yōu)選,并用實(shí)例說明該方法的可行性與實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing mode based on supply chain has become the mainstream manufacturing mode, but there is a lot of uncertainty in the supply chain affected by the market environment. At the same time, there are many node enterprises in the supply chain, and the relationship between them is complex, which increases the complexity of supply chain manufacturing resource planning and the difficulty of implementation. This paper analyzes the manufacturing resource planning in supply chain environment with the object of supply subchain (abbreviated as subchain), in order to analyze the realization process and application way of supply chain manufacturing resource planning. The subchain is an integral part of the complete supply chain and a local supply chain. Although the subchain contains many node enterprises, for the supply chain, these node enterprises can be regarded as a whole, co-manufacturing some parts of a product in the supply chain. On the basis of the subchain, the supply chain structure is simplified. When the supply chain is linked to the production task, in order to complete the supply chain task, it is necessary to make the supply chain manufacturing resource plan. When making the supply chain manufacturing resource plan, the subchain is taken as the object, which simplifies the task assignment and capacity accounting. Supply chain manufacturing resource planning based on subchain takes supply chain production planning as the main line and sub-chain as the object. This paper analyzes the hierarchical production planning mode of supply chain and the production planning mode and business process of integrated supply chain, and puts forward the manufacturing resource planning model of supply chain based on subchain according to the characteristics of subchain. The main production planning (SC-MPS), capacity planning, material requirement planning and supply chain inventory based on subchain are studied. SC-MPS plays the role of linking market demand and material demand, and is the main line of the whole manufacturing resource planning. Capability planning is a key step to judge whether SC-MPS is reasonable or not, and material requirement planning is a key step in the process of SC-MPS delivery, which revolves around answering five basic questions. Through the research of supply chain inventory, a supply chain inventory model based on subchain is proposed. On the basis of the overall model, the function of supply chain manufacturing resource planning is analyzed, and the supply chain manufacturing resource planning is made according to nine basic principles. This paper compares the traditional enterprise production capacity with the supply chain manufacturing resource planning capacity based on sub-chain, highlights the advantages of supply chain capacity based on sub-chain, and analyzes the influencing factors of sub-chain capacity (production equipment, logistics quality, Technical level and production environment), propose specific products based on supply chain, represent the relationship between products and assumed products, as well as supply chain capacity accounting methods (working hours method), An example is given to verify the feasibility of calculating supply chain capacity by working-time method. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to select the optimal supply subchain to optimize the supply chain resources based on the subchain, and an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and practicability of the method.
