【摘要】：供應鏈管理是使"供應商-制造商-分銷商-零售商"的活動實現(xiàn)無縫銜接的跨企業(yè)管理模式。對于當今企業(yè),供應鏈管理可以在企業(yè)內部流程管理合理有效的基礎上,進一步優(yōu)化企業(yè)間協(xié)作銜接,減小企業(yè)運營成本。供應鏈管理理論與企業(yè)現(xiàn)實運營之間需要鏈接的橋梁,而供應鏈管理的建模、優(yōu)化、仿真已成為供應鏈管理實施于現(xiàn)實的重要手段。本文在以往學者研究的基礎上,對供應鏈管理、綠色供應鏈理論應用于企業(yè)實際進行探索,嘗試將現(xiàn)今供應鏈管理領域常用的建模模型"供應鏈管理參考模型(SCOR)、平衡計分卡模型(BSC)"搭配"綠色供應鏈(ESC)"理論,以BSC的平衡架構為藍本、SCOR的多層次通用流程元素為細節(jié)、加入ESC理念的綠色嵌入流程,組合成以"戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃-流程組織-績效控制"為主體結構的供應鏈管理應用工具模型"ESC-BSC-SCOR"模型。并將工具模型應用于研究目標企業(yè)(YL公司),通過模型的引入分析YL公司運營的戰(zhàn)略模式和流程構架中存在的不足,而后提出YL公司的整改戰(zhàn)略并依照整改戰(zhàn)略進行流程重建。然后依據(jù)YL公司的重建流程運行工具模型,在YL公司的運營過程中實施績效考評,并將績效考評結果進行匯總分析,總結在供應鏈視角下YL公司戰(zhàn)略管理和運營管理的提升水平,以及工具模型"ESC-BSC-SCOR"的實用性。本文著力于解決供應鏈視角下企業(yè)管理如何完成"內部生產與外部協(xié)調、推動式經營與拉動式經營、環(huán)境保護資源節(jié)約技術的投入與企業(yè)利潤的分配、職能型管理與流程型管理"的平衡,并將"企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理與運營管理的銜接、供應鏈管理理論與企業(yè)實際應用的聯(lián)系"作為研究重點。
[Abstract]:Supply chain management (SCM) is a cross-enterprise management model that enables the activities of supplier-manufacturer-distributor-retailer to be seamlessly linked. For today's enterprises, supply chain management (SCM) can further optimize inter-enterprise collaboration and reduce operating costs on the basis of reasonable and effective internal process management. Supply chain management needs a bridge between the theory of supply chain management and the actual operation of enterprises, and the modeling, optimization and simulation of supply chain management have become an important means to implement supply chain management in reality. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this paper explores the application of supply chain management and green supply chain theory to enterprises, and tries to apply the reference model of supply chain management (SCOR), which is commonly used in the field of supply chain management nowadays. The balanced Scorecard Model (BSC) is combined with the theory of "Green supply chain (ESC)". Based on the balanced architecture of BSC and the multi-level general process elements of SCOR, the green embedding process of ESC concept is added. The supply chain management application tool model "ESC-BSC-SCOR" is composed of "strategic planning-process organization-performance control" as the main structure. The tool model is applied to the research of the target enterprise (YL Company). Through the introduction of the model, the shortcomings in the strategic mode and process framework of YL Company are analyzed. Then put forward YL Company's rectification strategy and process reconstruction in accordance with the rectification strategy. Then according to the operating tool model of the reconstruction process of YL Company, the performance appraisal is implemented in the operation process of YL Company, and the results of the performance appraisal are summarized and analyzed. This paper summarizes the promotion level of strategic management and operation management of YL Company from the perspective of supply chain, and the practicability of tool model "ESC-BSC-SCOR". This paper focuses on how to solve the problem of how enterprise management completes "internal production and external coordination, push operation and pull operation, investment of resource saving technology for environmental protection and distribution of enterprise profits from the perspective of supply chain." The balance between functional management and process management, and the connection between enterprise strategic management and operation management, and the connection between supply chain management theory and practical application of enterprises are taken as the focus of the research.
