【摘要】：營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理在企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中扮演著重要角色，是企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的先決條件，其管理的成效會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)的流動(dòng)性和收益性產(chǎn)生直接的影響。近幾年，國(guó)內(nèi)外特別是國(guó)內(nèi)在營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的績(jī)效研究這一方面已經(jīng)取得顯著成績(jī)，但是在實(shí)證方面，國(guó)內(nèi)很多加工型企業(yè)都忽視了對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理，因此對(duì)于以供應(yīng)鏈為基礎(chǔ)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理這方面的實(shí)證分析研究還相對(duì)缺乏，而且理論結(jié)構(gòu)不健全。為了使?fàn)I運(yùn)資金理論研究更加具體化，本文引入了案例進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)，還幫助企業(yè)制定了有效的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理政策，，既提高了營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理水平，還對(duì)理論和實(shí)務(wù)都有深遠(yuǎn)的指導(dǎo)意義。論文在營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理中引入供應(yīng)鏈思想，在管理理念、管理方法、管理手段等方面突破傳統(tǒng)局限，在供應(yīng)鏈的基礎(chǔ)上從戰(zhàn)略高度挖掘營(yíng)運(yùn)資金潛能，是企業(yè)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，增強(qiáng)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效的重要手段之一，同時(shí)也是建立與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)環(huán)境相適應(yīng)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理新方法。 本文以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)為案例，對(duì)乳業(yè)龍頭伊利集團(tuán)在供應(yīng)鏈基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理情況分析，肯定了通過供應(yīng)鏈管理和優(yōu)化使伊利集團(tuán)在營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理方面的顯著成效，為本文創(chuàng)建基于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系打下基礎(chǔ)，并試圖通過本研究為乳業(yè)企業(yè)乃至整個(gè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工行業(yè)實(shí)際營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理提供幫助和支持。 論文選用案例分析、歸納總結(jié)、規(guī)范分析等方法，首先，對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理文獻(xiàn)、營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理文獻(xiàn)以及供應(yīng)鏈和營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理相結(jié)合的理論文獻(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)中進(jìn)行篩選和評(píng)述，其次，在陳述論文選用的以營(yíng)運(yùn)資金績(jī)效管理評(píng)價(jià)為基礎(chǔ)，來探討供應(yīng)鏈導(dǎo)向的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)理念和策略；最后，針對(duì)伊利集團(tuán)對(duì)其進(jìn)行具體的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理案例分析。論文提出了伊利集團(tuán)在供應(yīng)鏈各個(gè)渠道改善營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的方法，以及營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理存在的一些不足。最后，對(duì)伊利集團(tuán)建立的以供應(yīng)鏈為導(dǎo)向的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金績(jī)效管理體系得出結(jié)論，及對(duì)未來將供應(yīng)鏈融入農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理研究有了新的期望。
[Abstract]:Working capital management plays an important role in the financial management of enterprises and is a prerequisite for achieving the goal and value creation of enterprise financial management. The effect of its management will have a direct impact on the liquidity and profitability of the enterprise. In recent years, significant achievements have been made in the research on the performance of working capital management at home and abroad, especially at home. However, in the empirical aspect, many processing enterprises in China have ignored the management of working capital. Therefore, the empirical research on supply chain-based working capital management is relatively lacking, and the theoretical structure is not perfect. In order to make the theoretical research of working capital more specific, this paper introduces the case analysis and summary, and also helps the enterprise to formulate an effective working capital management policy, which not only improves the level of working capital management, It also has far-reaching guiding significance to both theory and practice. The paper introduces the thought of supply chain in the management of working capital, breaks through the traditional limitation in the aspects of management idea, management method and management means, and excavates the potential of working capital from the strategic level on the basis of supply chain. One of the important means to enhance the performance of working capital management is to establish a new method of working capital management suitable to the modern enterprise environment. Taking agricultural product processing enterprises as an example, this paper analyzes the working capital management of Yili Group on the basis of supply chain management, and affirms the remarkable effect of Yili Group on working capital management through supply chain management and optimization. This paper lays a foundation for establishing the performance evaluation index system of working capital management based on agricultural products supply chain, and tries to provide help and support for the actual working capital management of dairy enterprises and even the whole agricultural products processing industry through this research. First of all, the supply chain management literature, working capital management literature and the theoretical literature of supply chain and working capital management are selected and reviewed in the domestic and foreign literature. Secondly, on the basis of the performance management evaluation of working capital, this paper discusses the concept and strategy of supply chain-oriented performance evaluation of working capital management. Finally, specific working capital management case analysis is carried out for Yili Group. This paper puts forward the methods to improve the working capital management in all channels of the supply chain, as well as some deficiencies in the working capital management. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion on the supply chain-oriented working capital performance management system established by Yili Group, and has some new expectations for the future integration of the supply chain into the research of working capital management in agricultural products processing enterprises.
