福建先創(chuàng)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:電子行業(yè)是一個日新月異的行業(yè)。電子產(chǎn)品因其高科技屬性,總是在不斷的更新?lián)Q代。作為電子行業(yè)的分支,通信行業(yè)也遵從著同樣的規(guī)律。通信設(shè)備產(chǎn)品也逐漸的由性能更優(yōu),價格更低的產(chǎn)品取代。因此積極尋找適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的有前景的新興行業(yè)、針對性企業(yè)自身條件的制定適宜的戰(zhàn)略計劃并付諸實施便成為各通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)企業(yè),甚至各科技企業(yè)不可避免的問題。 本文運用波特五力模型,分析數(shù)字對講機企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境。對福建先創(chuàng)進行內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,認為其具有較強的研發(fā)資源和銷售能力,但財務(wù)能力較弱。對福建先創(chuàng)進入數(shù)字對講機行業(yè)進行SWOT分析,確定公司級戰(zhàn)略為密集成長型戰(zhàn)略;確定競爭戰(zhàn)略為以差異化戰(zhàn)略為主、成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略為輔,短期優(yōu)先采用集中戰(zhàn)略的組合戰(zhàn)略以及相配套的公網(wǎng)室分工程維持戰(zhàn)略、直放站業(yè)務(wù)退出戰(zhàn)略。制定福建先創(chuàng)公司的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略:收緊公網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的費用和開支、加大產(chǎn)品研發(fā)力度、加快產(chǎn)品上線速度、建立供應(yīng)鏈。根據(jù)所制定的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,提出實施建議。具體從人力資源策略、營銷策略,研發(fā)策略,生產(chǎn)策略,供應(yīng)鏈策略等五個方面的職能策略來保證企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的順利實施。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:系統(tǒng)性的從行業(yè)分析,企業(yè)環(huán)境分析和戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行三個方面,對福建先創(chuàng)這一中小型通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)企業(yè)進入對講機行業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究分析。運用戰(zhàn)略研究工具,結(jié)合企業(yè)的實際與行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行分析,,細化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),從職能戰(zhàn)略層面提出戰(zhàn)略實施建議。
[Abstract]:The electronics industry is a rapidly changing industry. Electronic products, because of their high-tech attributes, are constantly being updated. As a branch of the electronics industry, the communications industry follows the same pattern. Communications equipment products are also gradually replaced by better performance and lower price products. Therefore, actively looking for a promising new industry suitable for the development of enterprises and making appropriate strategic plans and putting them into practice under their own conditions will become an inevitable problem for all communication equipment manufacturing enterprises, and even for various science and technology enterprises. This paper analyzes the operating environment of digital interphone enterprises by using Porter's five-force model. Based on the internal environment analysis of Fujian, it is considered that Fujian has strong R & D resources and sales ability, but its financial ability is weak. The SWOT analysis of Fujian's first entry into the digital interphone industry determines that the company level strategy is a dense growth strategy. The competitive strategy is mainly differentiated strategy, the cost leading strategy is supplementary, the combination strategy of centralized strategy and the supporting public net room sub-project maintenance strategy are adopted in the short term, and the business exit strategy of repeater station is given priority. Make the management strategy of Fujian pioneer company: tighten the expense and expense of the public network business, increase the strength of product research and development, speed up the product on-line speed, establish the supply chain. According to the corporate strategy, put forward the implementation recommendations. From the human resources strategy, marketing strategy, R & D strategy, production strategy, supply chain strategy and other five functional strategies to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise strategy. The innovation of this paper lies in: systematically from the industry analysis, the enterprise environment analysis and the strategy execution three aspects, carries on the research and the analysis to Fujian first this small and medium-sized communication equipment manufacturing enterprise to enter the interphone industry development strategy. By using the strategic research tools and combining with the actual situation of the enterprise and the current situation of the industry, the paper analyzes the strategic objectives, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the strategy from the functional strategic level.
