基于SCOR模型的社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務供應鏈運作風險管理研究
[Abstract]:The aging population, the increase of the average life span, the increase of disposable funds after the individual retires, the three factors that the elderly consumer group of China is expanded, the old people have more time to enjoy the service, the old people have the ability to enjoy the high-quality service. Nevertheless, China's pension service is still in the primary stage, and the old-age pension system is not sound, the old-age mode has not developed and mature, and the service of the old-age service is not perfect. Because the market of the old-age service and the current supply of the non-match, the society and the academic community have given high attention to the old-age service. Community-based pension is a kind of old-age service. It is a typical model in the current urban old-age service. It is of great value in the view of supply chain. In this article, the operation risk management of the supply chain of the community-based pension service is studied. Research. The risk management first needs to define the subject of the study. In this paper, the operation flow of the community-based pension service supply chain is identified based on the supply chain operation reference model (SCOR) and the customer chain operation reference model (CCOR). However, the present SCOR model is an operation model of the entity product supply chain. This paper can not be used directly, and it is necessary to improve the model. Therefore, the research content in this paper before the risk management study is carried out. to: mode Type improvement. Define community pension service supply chain After a clear definition, this paper enters into the operation risk of the community-based pension service supply chain. Content of management: Risk identification. Risk factor identification is performed on a process that has been clearly defined and To form a risk factor Risk evaluation. Analysis of the relevance of risk factors by using principal component analysis method; using factor ranking method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the wind Risk factors set; Risk countermeasures. Analyze the cause of risk factors, and give the management countermeasures corresponding to each factor, and finally meet the source community as an example. This paper gives an excellent reference model for the operation of the service supply chain and the operation risk management of the supply chain. The results of the study give the service set in the supply chain of the community pension service.
