【摘要】：供應(yīng)鏈信息化管理指的是對信息技術(shù)進(jìn)行推廣并運(yùn)用在供應(yīng)鏈中的各個環(huán),充利用人力資源,建立與企業(yè)相適應(yīng)的管理模式。其最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)是對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行選擇。本文以有色金屬作為研究對象,首先簡要介紹了其供應(yīng)鏈信息化管理的現(xiàn)狀,并闡述了模糊理論在供應(yīng)鏈信息化管理中的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對其存在的問題及解決策略進(jìn)行了探討分析。
[Abstract]:Supply chain information management refers to the promotion of information technology and its application in the supply chain, the full use of human resources, the establishment of a suitable management model for enterprises. One of its most important links is the selection of suppliers. In this paper, non-ferrous metals are taken as the research object. Firstly, the present situation of supply chain information management is briefly introduced, and the evaluation standard of fuzzy theory in supply chain information management is expounded. The existing problems and solutions are discussed and analyzed.
