【摘要】：隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理理念的不斷推廣，我國(guó)很多電子產(chǎn)品企業(yè)越來(lái)越多的引入供應(yīng)鏈管理模式，供應(yīng)鏈條中包含供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)商、銷(xiāo)售商等多個(gè)成員，這些企業(yè)從采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、包裝、分銷(xiāo)配送、終端銷(xiāo)售和售后服務(wù)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈管理模式來(lái)提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)行效益和效率。但是，大部分的供應(yīng)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)都是在追求自身利益最大化的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作，他們都擁有自己的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系，而缺乏統(tǒng)一的反應(yīng)整條供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系。這就導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)鏈上的獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)于整體性，使整體性的效率沒(méi)有達(dá)到最佳的結(jié)果，所以制定合適的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系，尋求更好的反應(yīng)整體和局部的效益的方法，并能夠促進(jìn)節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)能夠以整體效益為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理是一個(gè)值得深入的課題。而且作為電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)當(dāng)前發(fā)展面臨眾多的瓶頸問(wèn)題，企業(yè)的單槍匹馬已經(jīng)難以贏得一席之地。對(duì)此研究電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 對(duì)此本文特根據(jù)電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈特點(diǎn)，綜合了平衡計(jì)分卡（BSC）和供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作參考模型（SCOR）的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前政策要求現(xiàn)狀，從五個(gè)方面制定了電子產(chǎn)品行業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，通過(guò)這套評(píng)價(jià)體系可以將各個(gè)廠商供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的局部目標(biāo)與整體的供應(yīng)鏈目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，同時(shí)也能使各組成成員的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與供應(yīng)鏈整體的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)聯(lián)系起來(lái)，從而使各廠商能根據(jù)整體的目標(biāo)建立局部的決策，并且通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)體系中的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)部分能夠使節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到環(huán)境生產(chǎn)的重要性，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益的雙重發(fā)展。在指標(biāo)體系建立之后，使用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)上述評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算，根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果可以反映出被評(píng)供應(yīng)鏈在五個(gè)方面各個(gè)存在的問(wèn)題，從而為進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn)工作提供依據(jù)。在本文的最后選取濰坊地區(qū)的電子生產(chǎn)企業(yè)A公司所在的供應(yīng)鏈為例，進(jìn)行了指標(biāo)體系和模型的應(yīng)用，并得出了相關(guān)的結(jié)論，，為A公司所在的供應(yīng)鏈的改進(jìn)工作提出了意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of supply chain management concept, more and more electronic products enterprises in our country introduce supply chain management mode, supply chain includes suppliers, manufacturers, sellers and other members, these enterprises from the procurement, production, production, Packaging, distribution and distribution, terminal sales and after-sales service and other aspects of the application of supply chain management model to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the operation of enterprises. However, most of the node enterprises in the supply chain operate on the basis of maximizing their own interests. They all have their own supply chain performance evaluation system, and lack of a unified response to the entire supply chain performance evaluation system. As a result, the independence of the supply chain is stronger than the integrity, and the overall efficiency does not reach the best result. Therefore, the appropriate supply chain performance evaluation system is developed to find a better way to reflect the overall and partial benefits. And can promote the node enterprise to be able to take the overall benefit as the goal to carry on the management is a worthy in-depth topic. And as the electronics industry, the current development is facing many bottlenecks, enterprises alone has been difficult to win a place. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the supply chain performance evaluation of electronic products industry. In this paper, according to the supply chain characteristics of electronic products industry, the advantages of balanced Scorecard (BSC) and supply chain reference Model (SCOR) are integrated, and the current policy requirements are combined. The index system of supply chain performance evaluation in electronic products industry is established from five aspects. Through this evaluation system, the local objectives of supply chain system of each manufacturer can be unified with the overall supply chain objectives. At the same time, the performance evaluation index of each member can be linked with the evaluation index of the supply chain as a whole, so that the manufacturers can make local decisions according to the overall objectives. And through the part of environmental performance evaluation in the evaluation system, the node enterprises can realize the importance of environmental production and realize the dual development of economic and environmental benefits. After the establishment of the index system, the quantitative calculation of the evaluation index system is carried out by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the calculation results, the problems in five aspects of the evaluated supply chain can be reflected. So as to provide the basis for further improvement work. At the end of this paper, the supply chain of A company in Weifang area is selected as an example, the index system and model are applied, and the relevant conclusions are drawn, and some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the supply chain in which company A belongs.
