【摘要】：信息時代的發(fā)展和快節(jié)奏的社會變化使得企業(yè)管理會計由傳統(tǒng)模式向現(xiàn)代模式轉(zhuǎn)變,而精益供應(yīng)鏈管理也在興起。在管理會計條件下,將會有助于精益供應(yīng)鏈管理的發(fā)展,從而對企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略實施有很大幫助。本文論述了為精益供應(yīng)鏈管理服務(wù)的管理會計方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上討論其如何助力精益供應(yīng)鏈管理的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of information age and the fast pace of social change, enterprise management accounting is changing from traditional mode to modern mode, and lean supply chain management is also on the rise. Under the condition of management accounting, it will be helpful to the development of lean supply chain management, and thus to the implementation of competitive strategy. This paper discusses the methods of management accounting for the service of lean supply chain management and discusses how it can help the development of lean supply chain management.
