卡薩公司基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的供應(yīng)商評價與選擇研究

【摘要】:隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,社會分工的高度專業(yè)化,企業(yè)面臨越來越激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境。由于各種信息技術(shù)的普及和應(yīng)用,企業(yè)將參與到與全球企業(yè)競爭的行列中來,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)演變成各自供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭。在新型的競爭環(huán)境下,將迫使企業(yè)從供應(yīng)鏈管理的高度去研究如何提高自身競爭力,其中供應(yīng)商的評價與選擇是決定供應(yīng)鏈管理成敗的關(guān)鍵之一。本文主要研究卡薩公司基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的供應(yīng)商評價與選擇問題,以期能促進(jìn)卡薩公司選擇合格的供應(yīng)商、優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)、提高公司競爭力,同時為其他企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商評價與選擇提供參考與借鑒。本文通過闡述供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理、供應(yīng)商評價指標(biāo)與評價方法的相關(guān)理論,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、層次分析法(AHP)和實(shí)例分析法,較全面又系統(tǒng)地研究卡薩公司的供應(yīng)商評價與選擇體系問題。本文主要包括如下五大部分的內(nèi)容:(1)綜述和研究以往專家和學(xué)者關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈管理、供應(yīng)商評價指標(biāo)和供應(yīng)商評價方法的相關(guān)理論。(2)分析卡薩公司現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商評價和選擇體系存在的問題及成因。(3)提出改進(jìn)卡薩公司現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商選擇流程的基本思路;通過設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷并使用克隆巴赫a信度系數(shù)(Cronbach's alpha)來檢驗(yàn)和確定改進(jìn)后的卡薩公司供應(yīng)商評價準(zhǔn)則及指標(biāo)。(4)運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP))來確定改進(jìn)后的卡薩公司供應(yīng)商評價準(zhǔn)則及指標(biāo)的權(quán)重向量;建立供應(yīng)商評分表,計算供應(yīng)商的總得分并排序,從而幫助卡薩公司篩選出合適的供應(yīng)商。(5)通過選擇餐廳組家具產(chǎn)品訂單的應(yīng)用實(shí)例,對改進(jìn)后的卡薩公司供應(yīng)商評價與選擇體系的實(shí)用性和科學(xué)性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy and the high specialization of social division, enterprises are facing more and more fierce market competition environment. Due to the popularization and application of various information technologies, enterprises will participate in the competition with global enterprises. The competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition between their respective supply chains and supply chains. In the new competitive environment, enterprises will be forced to study how to improve their competitiveness from the perspective of supply chain management. The evaluation and selection of suppliers is one of the key factors to determine the success or failure of supply chain management. This paper mainly studies the supplier evaluation and selection based on supply chain management in Casa Company, in order to promote the selection of qualified suppliers, optimize the supplier network, and improve the competitiveness of the company. At the same time for other enterprises supplier evaluation and selection to provide reference and reference. This paper expounds the relevant theories of supply chain, supply chain management, supplier evaluation index and evaluation method, and synthetically applies literature research method, investigation method, mathematical statistics method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and case analysis method. A comprehensive and systematic study of the supplier evaluation and selection system of Casa. This paper mainly includes the following five parts: (1) summarize and study the previous experts and scholars on supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain management, The related theories of supplier evaluation index and supplier evaluation method. (3) putting forward the basic ideas to improve the current supplier selection process of Casa Company; By designing the questionnaire and using Crombach a reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) to test and determine the improved supplier evaluation criteria and indicators.
