【摘要】：在二十一世紀(jì)的今天,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化時(shí)代的背景下,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為一種區(qū)域規(guī)�；a(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)的組織模式,已經(jīng)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中一個(gè)十分普遍的現(xiàn)象,同時(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群也可以反映出一個(gè)地區(qū)和一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮程度以及經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素。隨著全球化的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈,企業(yè)僅僅憑借自身的資源已經(jīng)很難在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中取勝,而必須集合上下游企業(yè)的力量,憑借整體的資源來(lái)獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí),產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在地理位置上的集聚效應(yīng),使得他們能夠通過(guò)共享相鄰地域內(nèi)的各種資源,能夠獲得更多的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的規(guī)模及范圍效應(yīng),從而在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中勝出。因此,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群下的企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同,能夠降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,使企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得到加強(qiáng),因此,集群式供應(yīng)鏈也成為我國(guó)企業(yè)步入國(guó)際化市場(chǎng)的必由之路。關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理研究由來(lái)已久,但是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群下供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理及其應(yīng)用模式和協(xié)同系統(tǒng)的建立卻一直沒(méi)有受到足夠的重視,而這些又直接關(guān)系到產(chǎn)業(yè)集群下協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的持久性和運(yùn)作效率。本文在闡述產(chǎn)業(yè)集群供應(yīng)鏈以及供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)企業(yè)集群供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了分析,重點(diǎn)介紹了其組織構(gòu)架和功能模塊及其運(yùn)行機(jī)制,同時(shí)以具體案例對(duì)集群式供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了探討,因此,本文的研究具有一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。其主要研究成果如下：(1)研究了集群供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建機(jī)理、目標(biāo)原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了平臺(tái)構(gòu)建的組成構(gòu)架及其相關(guān)功能；(2)對(duì)集群式供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)所需的管理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)保障平臺(tái)運(yùn)行的機(jī)制進(jìn)行了比較全面的論述,指出了保障集群式供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)正常運(yùn)行的需建立的基礎(chǔ)性性機(jī)制、保障性機(jī)制和促進(jìn)性機(jī)制。(3)以具體的案例對(duì)集群供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了分析,介紹了案例平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建背景、構(gòu)建模式、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等情況,同時(shí)從政府和企業(yè)的視角提出供應(yīng)鏈平臺(tái)有效運(yùn)行的建議。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21 century, under the background of the era of economic globalization, industrial clusters, as an organizational mode of regional large-scale production and operation, have become a very common phenomenon in the development of the world economy. At the same time, the industrial cluster can also reflect the economic prosperity of a region and a country, as well as the important factors of sustainable economic development. With the development of globalization, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. It is very difficult for enterprises to win in the fierce market competition environment by relying on their own resources. Instead, they must gather the strength of upstream and downstream enterprises. With the overall resources to gain a competitive advantage. At the same time, the agglomeration effect of industrial clusters in geographical location enables them to obtain more scale and scope effects of industrial clusters by sharing various resources in adjacent regions, thus winning in the competition. Therefore, the realization of enterprise supply chain coordination under industrial cluster can reduce the production cost, improve the production efficiency and strengthen the market competitiveness of the enterprise. Cluster supply chain has also become the only way for Chinese enterprises to step into international market. The research on supply chain collaborative management has a long history, but the supply chain collaborative management and its application mode and the establishment of collaborative system have not been paid enough attention to under the industrial cluster. These are directly related to the persistence and operational efficiency of collaborative supply chain under industrial clusters. Based on the analysis of industrial cluster supply chain and supply chain cooperative management, this paper analyzes the construction of enterprise cluster supply chain service platform, especially introduces its organization structure, function module and its operation mechanism. At the same time, the paper discusses the construction of cluster supply chain service platform with concrete cases, so the research of this paper has some practical significance. The main research results are as follows: (1) the construction mechanism and objective principle of the cluster supply chain service platform are studied. On this basis, the composition of the platform construction and its related functions are expounded; (2) the management mechanism needed for the operation of the cluster supply chain service platform is analyzed, and the mechanism to ensure the operation of the platform is discussed comprehensively. This paper points out the basic mechanism, supportability mechanism and promotion mechanism to ensure the normal operation of cluster supply chain service platform. (3) the paper analyzes the construction of cluster supply chain service platform with concrete cases. This paper introduces the construction background, construction mode and operation management of the case platform, and puts forward some suggestions for the effective operation of the supply chain platform from the perspective of government and enterprise.
