【摘要】：針對由多個互補性零部件供應(yīng)商和單個制造商構(gòu)成的組裝供應(yīng)鏈,研究了制造商持股供應(yīng)商情形下,組裝供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)問題.首先,給出了批發(fā)價格契約下各節(jié)點企業(yè)的最優(yōu)策略,分析發(fā)現(xiàn):若制造商的股權(quán)投資可實現(xiàn)各零部件生產(chǎn)成本的降低,制造商的最優(yōu)訂貨量隨其對任一供應(yīng)商的持股比例增加而增加,但小于集中化決策情形下的最優(yōu)訂貨量.然后,引入回購策略,設(shè)計了協(xié)調(diào)契約,并指出供應(yīng)商通過該協(xié)調(diào)契約可實現(xiàn)各節(jié)點企業(yè)期望利潤的帕累托改進.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coordination problem of assembly supply chain under the condition of manufacturer holding supplier is studied for the assembly supply chain which is composed of several complementary parts suppliers and a single manufacturer. First of all, the optimal strategy of each node enterprise under the wholesale price contract is given, and it is found that if the manufacturer's equity investment can reduce the production cost of each component, The optimal order quantity of the manufacturer increases with the increase of its shareholding in any supplier, but is smaller than the optimal order quantity under the centralized decision. Then, by introducing the repurchase strategy, the coordination contract is designed, and it is pointed out that the supplier can achieve Pareto improvement of the expected profit of each node enterprise through the coordination contract.
