【摘要】：正醫(yī)院精細(xì)化管理離不開供應(yīng)鏈流程的優(yōu)化,而信息化的應(yīng)用,讓供應(yīng)鏈真正"連起來(lái)"。對(duì)于像華西醫(yī)院這樣的大體量醫(yī)院來(lái)說(shuō),物資管理水平直接影響醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該院通過(guò)多年探索與努力,在這一方面的成績(jī)得到了國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委及同行的贊譽(yù)。供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)蔷?xì)化管理的重要抓手一家醫(yī)院的實(shí)力提升,必須依靠醫(yī)療與管理兩個(gè)引擎。在提升醫(yī)療水平的同時(shí),也要進(jìn)行管理模式的變革。
