【摘要】：正醫(yī)院精細化管理離不開供應鏈流程的優(yōu)化,而信息化的應用,讓供應鏈真正"連起來"。對于像華西醫(yī)院這樣的大體量醫(yī)院來說,物資管理水平直接影響醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量和經(jīng)濟效益。該院通過多年探索與努力,在這一方面的成績得到了國家衛(wèi)生計生委及同行的贊譽。供應鏈是精細化管理的重要抓手一家醫(yī)院的實力提升,必須依靠醫(yī)療與管理兩個引擎。在提升醫(yī)療水平的同時,也要進行管理模式的變革。
