【摘要】：伴隨國(guó)家出臺(tái)一系列針對(duì)小微企業(yè)的優(yōu)惠政策，政府和社會(huì)越來越關(guān)注小微企業(yè)群體的發(fā)展。到目前為止，我國(guó)有近5000萬(wàn)家小微類型的企業(yè)，解決了相當(dāng)一部分的就業(yè)人口，，同時(shí)也為國(guó)家?guī)砹私种乃枚愂找妫趪?guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中起到越來越大的支撐作用。可是，小微企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化管理大多處在較低水平，這主要是受到資金、人才、技術(shù)等方面的制約，管理不規(guī)范、效率低下、融資難、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱等問題突出，企業(yè)的信息化率不足3%，這些均嚴(yán)重制約了小微類型企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步壯大。目前小微企業(yè)最迫切的需求就是建立基本的管理規(guī)范、提高工作效率，這是為小微企業(yè)進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化系統(tǒng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。 本論文首先從國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告的數(shù)據(jù)出發(fā)，綜述了小微企業(yè)所處的現(xiàn)狀，包括小微企業(yè)目前的生存狀況，以及其在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位和其普遍存在的發(fā)展困境。其次，針對(duì)WF公司目前的企業(yè)管理模式、產(chǎn)品、營(yíng)銷策略、財(cái)務(wù)狀況等內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，同時(shí)還剖析了現(xiàn)階段政府對(duì)于小微企業(yè)的相關(guān)政策扶持情況、同行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況等外部生存環(huán)境狀況�；谝陨涎芯�，找出了公司內(nèi)外部制約其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素，以及公司目前存在的主要問題。然后，本論文基于現(xiàn)代管理理論和供應(yīng)鏈管理思想，從WF公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、決策者能力、公司內(nèi)部資源利用、公司企業(yè)文化樹立以及公司日常經(jīng)營(yíng)中的供應(yīng)鏈流程等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的管理進(jìn)行改善與優(yōu)化研究，提出一系列針對(duì)小微企業(yè)正常有序發(fā)展的建議與措施。本論文的研究對(duì)我國(guó)目前小微企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of a series of preferential policies for small and micro enterprises, the government and society pay more and more attention to the development of small and micro enterprises. Up to now, there are nearly 50 million small and micro enterprises in our country, which solve a considerable part of the employed population, but also bring the income tax income of nearly 2/3 for the country, which plays a more and more important role in the national economy. However, most of the modern management of small and micro enterprises is at a relatively low level, which is mainly restricted by funds, talents, technology, etc., the management is not standardized, the efficiency is low, the financing is difficult, and the competitiveness is weak, and so on. The information rate of enterprises is less than 3, which seriously restricts the further growth of small and micro-enterprises. At present, the most urgent need of small and micro enterprises is to establish basic management standards and improve work efficiency, which is the foundation for small and micro enterprises to further realize information system. Starting from the data of the national statistical report, this paper first summarizes the current situation of small and micro enterprises, including their current living conditions, their status in our national economy and their common difficulties of development. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal management mechanism of WF company, such as management mode, product, marketing strategy, financial situation and so on. At the same time, it also analyzes the relevant policy support of the government for small and micro enterprises at the present stage. Same industry competition and other external survival environment. Based on the above research, we find out the key factors that restrict the development of the company, and the main problems of the company. Then, based on the modern management theory and supply chain management, this paper analyzes the organizational structure of WF, the ability of decision makers, and the utilization of resources within the company. This paper studies the improvement and optimization of the corporate culture and the management of the supply chain flow in the daily operation of the company, and puts forward a series of suggestions and measures for the normal and orderly development of the small and micro enterprises. The research of this paper has certain reference function to the development and expansion of small and micro enterprises in our country.
