【摘要】：在國家加快經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的今天,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對于正處于換擋爬坡時期的中國經(jīng)濟來講,有著極為重要的作用；山西省作為國家重點實施的資源型綜改試驗區(qū),加快戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也必將成為其實現(xiàn)“資源型經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型”和“中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟強省”等目標的重要抓手。而作為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的載體——戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè),要實現(xiàn)快速健康發(fā)展,人才建設(shè)至關(guān)重要。因此,本文選擇山西省戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)人才供應(yīng)鏈問題進行研究具有較強的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。 論文研究分析了山西省戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)人才供應(yīng)鏈的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,隨后對供應(yīng)鏈理論與人才管理模式的融合應(yīng)用進行了可行性分析,并基于此闡述了戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)人才供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建過程中的節(jié)點選擇、流程分析以及構(gòu)建步驟,進而構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)人才供應(yīng)鏈,并以山西昌鑫生物科技有限公司為例,對已構(gòu)建的人才供應(yīng)鏈進行了實例應(yīng)用分析。為山西省戰(zhàn)略性新興企業(yè)人才規(guī)劃發(fā)展提供了科學(xué)合理的建議和依據(jù),有利于為山西省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入新的活力,進而推進綜改試驗區(qū)的新進程。
[Abstract]:Today, when the country speeds up the strategic adjustment of economic structure and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the development of strategic emerging industries plays an extremely important role in the Chinese economy, which is in the period of shifting and climbing. Shanxi Province, as the experimental area of comprehensive and comprehensive reform of resource type implemented by the state, will surely become an important grasp to realize the goals of "transforming resource-based economy" and "strengthening the economy of central region". As the carrier of strategic emerging industries, strategic emerging enterprises, to achieve rapid and healthy development, talent construction is crucial. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for this paper to study the talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises in Shanxi Province. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises in Shanxi Province, and then makes a feasibility analysis on the integration of supply chain theory and talent management model. Based on this, the paper expounds the node selection, process analysis and construction steps in the process of constructing the talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises, and then constructs the corresponding talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises. Taking Shanxi Changxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd as an example, the application of the talent supply chain has been analyzed. It provides scientific and reasonable advice and basis for the planning and development of talents of strategic new enterprises in Shanxi Province, which is helpful to inject new vitality into the economic development of Shanxi Province, and then to promote the new process of comprehensive reform experimental area.
